The Space:

This apartment is designed to feel open, comfortable, and deeply connected to its surroundings. The living and dining areas flow naturally, with large windows opening toward the green landscape of the San Felipe hills. The kitchen is fully integrated into the space, allowing for everyday living without formality.



The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single-beds, air conditioning, private bathroom, and closet. A half bathroom and carefully selected furnishings complete the interior. Throughout the space, original works by Oaxacan artists bring character and authenticity, making the apartment feel personal and thoughtfully curated rather than generic.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, along with one designated parking space. The area is easily accessible by car or taxi. The drive from Oaxaca International Airport takes approximately 40 minutes. Having a car is convenient, though taxis are widely available throughout the city.



Other Things to Note:

The building does not have an elevator. The rooftop jacuzzi is heated using solar energy, so water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions. St. Gines is ideal for guests who appreciate art, residential comfort, and a close connection to nature, while staying within easy reach of Oaxaca’s cultural center.
