Beautiful view of the harbour located near the main road into town and very near Castle Dunollie,The rooms were clean and modern with vaulted celings and very comfortable beds however the elevator was abit clostrophobic, i would also encourage any Management reading to adjust the door tensioners so they close properly behind the guests and maybe look at the window fixings but break fast was great, haggis included and all staff friendly and hospitable, the parking was abit tight but found public car park close by next to very friendly small pub with live music which stayed open late,in all a lovely old building in a great location with friendly staff,thank you for your service

Although hotel is a little tired in decor, it was perfect for our stay. We had a large, warm, sea view room which was great to watch ferries in and out. Great breakfast, hot and a good variety. Absolutely shocking.....faulty towers in Oban The manager was as rude as hell Extension lead was taped on the staircase.....trip hazard waiting to happen....i reported it and the manager laughed and said it needs to stay there.....decorating was SOOOO dated and needed the paint work finishing
