Covering 108 m², the flat offers a spacious living and dining room with a rustic beamed ceiling, a wood-burning stove and a bar where you can comfortably round off an eventful day.
Enjoy relaxing hours in the stylishly furnished reading room and sleep well in the new beds (double bed 200 cm x 200 cm, bunk bed 200 cm x 90 cm). There is also a high-quality sofa bed in the living room.

There is a ski lift with floodlights in the village and six other ski areas within a 30-kilometre radius. Kufstein with its impressive fortress is only 10 minutes away. Innsbruck, Munich and Salzburg are only an hour away by train or car. All three cities offer art and culture of the highest standard.
Or are you looking for thrills? Paragliding, gliding or motorised flight, a summer toboggan run (and an illuminated toboggan run in winter) and even a water ski lift are available in the surrounding area.
