After arrival, a bright, spacious and newly furnished 70 m² holiday apartment awaits you on the 1st floor. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub, there are 4 additional rooms available. A bedroom and dining room, as well as a cozy living room with a couch, television and plenty of reading material. If necessary, another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) can be used. The bedroom, dining and living room have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony. All rooms (except the bathroom) have wooden parquet floors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
