This is like a truck stop hotel. Everything is good inside but the exterior is sketchy

The gentleman at the desk was very polite and understanding . The rooms just need a deeper clean when it comes to the bathrooms . I brought it to his attention and they fixed it as best as they could . The tubs have marks from mats that were in the tub before I don’t know what can be done about that but if that was fixed this hotel would be pretty much perfect .

Was a nice place to stay. It recently opened so there were a couple of hiccups but to be expected. Biggest downfall was the pool wasn’t open yet. Staff were polite and pleasant to deal with. Any issues or concerns were promptly addressed by the staff.

Our first room toilet paper holder broken, hair on bed sheets and tub dirty So we switched rooms and it was ok. Sad because they just went over a remodel but I blame house keeping as there the last people in the room so hopefully they report the issues to maintenance. Lack of managers following up on these issues. In the end it’s Quality inn known to be a value hotel and nothing more

Everything is great, courtyard side is the best, close to a couple convenience stores in safe walking distance, close to emergency room and hospital- nice walking area at hospital and motel. Our second stay here, close to our concert venue at the Reilly center. *** only bummer was the pool was closed for maintenance. Awesome staff, clean rooms and breakfast area.

We checked in at midnight and staff were very courteous at that hour. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with enough options. The pool was closed which was fine as we were only passing through.
