Most excellent water pressure in shower, loved it. Walls had scuff marks on them, windows were filthy(outside), didnt need shades, furniture showed wear, but I lived the water pressure in the shower, almost didnt need soap to get the dirt/sweat off.

The room was clean but the hotel and room need to be brought up to date. The furniture is all run down and the rugs are old and need cleaning. Hotel decorations overall is very dark and old

Old and very dated rooms and bathroom. Toilet roll holder was covered in rust , the walls and doors were patched with putty and plaster where they’ve been damaged and nobody has painted over it, Would not stay again

We didn’t have hot water for our shower for the evening we arrived or or in the morning when we woke up for our showers for our departure…when we complained the staff said she was just was just made aware and just was trying to have it fixed but offered us nothing for our inconveniences and when she wrote down our room number there were at least 20- 25 other rooms on the list and I’m still waiting for your corporate to contact me back about some type of comp or reward points after two times of calling and being pushed around on my call to at least 5 other assistants on the phone, just really poor customer service to say the least!
