A breezy private balcony frames the home's incredible views and offers the perfect spot for coffee or cocktails.

A gleaming suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances comes ready and equipped for home cooking, and a dishwasher is included for easy cleanup. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Spring getaway weekend was perfect at this beachfront condo. Thoughtfully appointed, nicely stocked kitchen, penty of bedding, comfortable and clean with a beautiful beach view. Water pressure was top notch. Our one and only complaint was there was no communication from Vacasa indicating we had to stop at their office for the parking passess.
The location is great and the view is beautiful. The property manager wasn't able to address our concerns while we were there. Although the property is listed as no pets allowed, my daughter's allergies were affected.
Check in was confusing as I received emails and texts and information was not on both mediaâs. I was sent all check in information but still expected (per email) to go to the office. This information was not in any of the text messages sent. If it was the process why is it hidden on the bottom of an email only? Attempted to book for next year and the receptionist seemed disinterested in making it happen.
The view was amazing from the balcony , however, the sliding door handle was half on and other half laying on balcony. The other half fell off the first time we slid door open. Sent pics and notice to VACASA and they said they would send someone to fix it and that never happened. We had to leave the door cracked open if we wanted to use balcony and that was why we chose the condo we did. There was a smell in the hallway that was not too pleasant. Access to both sides of the bed were not available. Itâs a king size bed pushed up against the one wall which made it inaccessible unless u crawled over .
