****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The piers surrounding these units feature some of the best fishing in Ocean City as some areas drop down 45 feet! Fishermen "in the know" are commonly seen fishing around this area as it is a notorious hot spot. But for you, just drop your fishing line and enjoy. If fishing isn't your thing, then we still have you covered. This property boasts some of the most amazing views on the water. Sit and enjoy the day as boats come by bringing in their catch to the local marinas. In the evening, you’ll have your own private seat to one of the best sunsets on the east coast! Dinner on the balcony at sunset does sound romantic! Conveniently located near 6th street, your family will enjoy the easy access to the boardwalk and all the fun activities it offers. There are also many great restaurants/bars to choose from, so leave your car parked!

The unit itself has had many updates including remodeled bathrooms, updated appliances, flooring, carpeting, painting and wainscoting, but has been able to maintain its Ocean City charm. There is a full kitchen available for those days you want to eat in along with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. The sliding doors and windows invite the relaxing breezes of the bay into the unit and keep it comfy, but AC is available if you need it.

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Islander is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided.
* The pier is not available to dock boats, jet skis, etc.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 6th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
