The indoor pool was a really great option, having the outdoor rinse area was also great. And the free breakfast in the am was also helpful.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s an older property that definitely needs a freshen-up, but the location can’t be beat. If you want to be in the middle of the OC boardwalk and right on the beach it’s the place for you.

Please check the room before staying. There was a storm coming up and I decided to stay. I was to tired to drive late in the middle of the storm. I looked for the trash can and there was food under the sink from a previous guests. Pretty disgusting. We checked in around 8 pm. I was not going to find another place, I just went to bed and left early. Front desk staff that evening was pretty annoyed by my requests. Not matter the price, they should at least apologize.

We booked an Ocean view when we got there, they told us it was city view. the picture they showed was a picture of another hotel further down the boardwalk. Then they told us we had to pay 15 dollars a day for a second car. They could have told us that when we booked the room. To it seems like its False advertisement showing a different hotel.

The hotel is dated. The bathroom and a/c unit definitely needs updating. The a/c is real loud. We were ocean front and could hardly hear the waves over the a/c unit. Breakfast was real good! Good variety.

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the size of the room. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. We did notice a couple of minor things upon arrival — a chip on the floor and the fridge could have been wiped out more thoroughly — but nothing that impacted our experience in a significant way. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to see and do, which made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again!
