This lovely condo is located in the heart of Ocean City at Route 90 and the Ocean Highway. It is a great place for families to gather. It includes a modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and new carpet and furniture. The view is one of the best in OC! The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach with direct sun. The Calypso has a nice community pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Free WiFi
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). Excellent condo in great location with a beautiful view
We loved our stay! The spacious balcony afforded a gorgeous view of the ocean every minute. We sat in the morning with our coffee and in the evenings, had a cocktail looking at the sunsets. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking but there are plenty of restaurants if thatâs not your thing. You have everything you need and more. We will go back.
