Oceans Calling Festival Weekend

Room was clean when we arrived. Housekeeping very friendly. Perfect location. We came for the Oceans Calling festival and everything was easliy walkable.

We stayed in a three bed room. Which we had no clue it was across the street. It was small and like attic you had to watch your head. The worst part of all was it had bed bugs. The manager was rude and act like it was out fault. The girl the next morning at the desk was very nice. But I would never stay there dont wast Your money not worth the price or the bed bugs.

The location was perfect! Quiet and easy parking. The room was simple yet all we needed. The bed was awful. Like sleeping on concrete. It was very creeky. Otherwise a very nice stay.

When we first checked in they gave us keys to a room someone was already in. Then we found ants between our sheets. Dead and alive. They said they can either give us new sheets or move us to a room where we had to share a bathroom with strangers. New sheets didn't solve the ant problem but it's better than sharing a bathroom with God knows who! There's no breakfast but whatever no big deal. But the surprise $20 a day, yes per day to park at a hotel that your paying to stay at is a bit over the top.

Honestly terrible. i went around end of july and it was horrible. And i hate to say it, as much money as i paid, they still charged me an extra 160 on property for parking, after i had already paid for it when booking. the first night we woke up to the ceiling leaking water and just progressively got worse. they were trying to make us figure it out as they had “not one room available.” this was out first time booking a room just us two, and it was a horrible experience. staff was rude and didn’t help at all.

I liked that is was steps away from the beach. I didn’t like that they did not tell us we could get beach discounts with the chairs and umbrellas once at the beach. Also the refrigerator barely got cold the air conditioner kept cutting off making the room hot. Staff did give us a discount for the inconvenience since they were unable to switch out our room! All else was good.

Perfect area for access to different shopping stores & the beach. Everything was wonderful we stayed in the hotel beach house 2BR, only issue was we had to have shoes on the entire time if not your feet or socks would be black from the floors, need to improve on the cleanliness of the floors. Otherwise everything else was great.
