Access the condo's private beach right out your door, just 6 steps to your toes in sand, then on to the big beach/ocean just ahead. Songbirds and bunnies make you feel like you're in a nature preserve! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Mariner I 1N is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

Expertly furnished with coastal decor, this beach bungalow will keep you coming back year after year. Have a movie night with your family in the cozy living room or cook your own gourmet meal in the fully-stocked kitchen. Watch the sun set over the beach, while relaxing on the balcony.
