Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Locked Out!

Place needs to be updated by the homeowner. Shower head must be 30 years old. Upon entering, there was a dirty bathroom rug at the entrance(not a welcome).....Carpet was stained and needs cleaning. The blankets had stains on them. No icemaker. Microwave was old. Then, on the last night, the code did not work to enter. This was after midnight when we arrived back. Then we are standing outside and I'm having to reach someone to enter into the condo. I was told it was a glitch. I highly doubt this....human error glitch. No apologies. I do not recommend.

Dated, no working AC

Condo was roomy, clean and a bit dated. Biggest issue was the AC wasn't working at all and it was a very hot September weekend. We received an email from a property manager the 2nd day we were there saying we could move to another unit, but by then it was too late and I had checked into a hotel. I was then offered a roughly 10% refund for the inconvenience. I would confirm the compressor has been fixed in the unit before booking if you are anticipating hot weather during your stay.

Hot Weekend

We came down for a girls trip as we do every year and decided on this property because it was close to Secrets. It is in a great location. The couch and beds are comfortable. The AC was broken the entire trip. We were happy with the management properties quick response when we contacted them, but ultimately the AC couldn’t be fixed due to a broken compressor and we didn’t have AC the entire vacation. It lead to very humid and sticky nights, headaches, and caused us to just not feel great. It looks like the AC had been a problem before. My other suggestion is that the kitchen is updated a bit. The cabinets are dating, and because it wa so humid, felt sticky.

The toilet in one of the bathrooms didn’t work for the majority of our stay. I reached out to the property management company three times regarding the repair and it was never fixed.

Wights Bay

I'd like to start by saying that this unit is run by a management company and I'm not sure how involved the owner's are. I don't usually write reviews, however, we were highly disappointed with this stay after reading the good reviews. Upon arriving we noticed that the unit was very warm, not unusual, but by the evening, it still hadn't come to temperature. We tried to open the balcony door to try to get some air and found the screen was completely off and wouldn't stay in the track, kitchen window was broken as well, but we were able to get it to open and close enough to get some air. We called the management company and informed them the AC wasn't working and were told someone would be in contact shortly .The next day and 3 calls later almost evening, we were told they made a work ticket they're aware, that's it! It was 78-80° in the unit with 70% humidity the entire stay! At checkout it still wasn't fixed. The bathroom exhaust was almost completely plugged with lint and dirt, the closet door was off the hinge, the carpet under the table had chips and crumbs under it when we moved it to undo the sofa bed. Although the furniture was nice, it was advertised as a king bed but actually it was a queen, the kitchen trash can had MOLD growing in the bottom of it! We found someone's wallet, were told to just leave it on the table when we leave! Who does that? I even offered to drop it off at the office and was told no.

Graduation Celebration!!

I booked this condo for a local graduation getaway for some of my classmates and I. The condo is exactly as pictured. The couch is so comfortable! And the whole place was super clean. A great location right next to Seacrets and across the street from a beach access. Highly recommend.

The property & location was ideal. There were 2 minor problems: The coffee carafe had been replaced & did not mesh with coffee pot, so coffee would not drip into carafe; & The sleeper sofa mattress probably at end of its life, not comfortable . But thank you for every thing else. Maureen Combs
