Georgeous Luxury 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo with Truly Impressive Ocean Views!

GORGEOUS Direct Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 Bath condo offering lots of space for your family of 10. This lovely condo features casually chic decor with a coastal flair, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large center island with a built-in wine & beverage cooler, laundry room with washer & dryer and private oceanfront balcony with mesmerizing views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The Master bedroom suite features a king bed, TV, jetted tub, walk-in shower w/glass doors and a double vanity sink. The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, TV & private full bath. The 3rd Bedroom features a twin over full pyramid bunk w/twin trundle & a TV. The living room offers a queen sleep sofa. For your added convenience, the owners provide a storage locker with 9 beach chairs & beach toys.
The Gateway Grand Amenities include: indoor heated pool-(open year-round), outdoor pool-(seasonal), fitness center, game room, elevators, parking garage, outside shower, night time security.
Guest provides sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, units rent Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season. No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $151 registration fee due with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Garage clearance is 7 feet. Overall this is a very nice place to stay! Sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and close. Kitchen sink faucet was falling out of the holder. Kitchen could use a full set of pots and pans. All minor inconveniences but would have made the stay better. Thank you!!
