This great condo is just a few blocks from the beach (3–4-minute walk) and has a new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances! Vacation in style and enjoy clean, new furnishings! You can even enjoy a bay view and a peek of the ocean from the private balcony with a bar height table and chairs! The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and 3 Smart TVs so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials. In addition to streaming, the living room TV has cable (April - September). The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has 2 double/full beds. You'll also enjoy central air conditioning and a washer/dryer in the unit. This condo is a 3rd floor condo, and the building has an elevator. The outdoor pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend but if the weather is warm, it may stay open thru mid-September. This cannot be guaranteed, however. You'll get two parking spaces for your vacation; one assigned and under cover and one unassigned in the parking lot. *This property allows 2-night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend. *

*The condo comes with comforters/blankets and pillow. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $102. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
