The location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. The room was small and not super clean. It's an old building and the rooms could use some updates. The lobby is very nice. We stayed three nights and the housekeeper only came in once to replace the towels.

The whole stay was not what they had in the ad and no free breakfast room size it small no sofa bed and no kitchen in my room and the price I pay was to high for that nasty hotel I would like half my money back the room wasn’t clear at all

It was great the staff was friendly the bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms arent that big and don't come with a microwave. The pool was crystal clear as well can't beat those rocking chairs either. Great stay I'll definitely go back

Housekeeper for room 805 told me 3 time my room was next to be done in a 5 hour period i asked 3 times when it was going to be done. because i was.n't feeling well and didnt want to get in her way. My only complaint was they only cleaned the bathroom daily, which was fine but they were very inconsistent with leaving the right number of towels. Two people and at one time we got 1 washcloth, 3 towels, and no floor mat for the outside the shower. There should definitely be a standard of how the room is stocked. I do prefer the beds to be made daily but I could live without it. I also don’t believe the walk areas in the room was vacuumed, which when you are on the beach they really should be done daily.

I enjoyed staying at a semi lower priced hotel. I traveled with my partner, and if we weren’t busy bodies who were on the go all day, we probably would’ve switched hotels. The staff wasn’t pleasant upon check in. It’s not a huge deal but it certainly wasn’t pleasant. The hotel is old and run down. The rooms are small. Something literally all of the reviews state and somehow there seems to be no room for improvement. There was a very off putting smell throughout the entire hotel however especially in our room. If you want to stay at a more modern, cleaner, nicer hotel. Just go somewhere else. The worst part for us was when we went to take the sheets off the bed like we typically do when we leave, we found our bed to have a large urine stain on the mattress. I understand the sheets we clean and covering the mattress but i was extremely uncomfortable and disgusted we slept in that. There was no attempt to flip the mattress or anything. The best part of our stay however was the front porch with the rocking chairs.

Being the third time I have stayed there I noticed some areas that could use some big improvement: No handicap access to pool area, a ramp could serve much. And the entire hotel could use some major renovations. The court Yard is across the street, much modern and with great amenities at 100$ more for equal stay.

The hotel lobby was nice, but the actual hallways and rooms were not very nice at all. Dingy and poor lighting. Tony bathroom. Beds sunk. Terrible smells… musty. We ended up booking at the marriot after a few hours at the Harrison.

We stayed here for our honeymoon… 28 years ago. We decided to stay here again for two nights. Super small parking lot behind the hotel but there is another parking lot across the street. Not fun carrying your items so far. Harrison Hall shows its age and a bit musty from the carpets. Front desk employees could be more professional, the workers/cleaners were great keeping things clean and stocked. Huge covered porch overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Great for “people watchers” and relaxing with a beverage unless you get loud obnoxious people sitting near you. Coffee available but no fresh creamer, all powdered stuff. Everything is walking distance, no need to move your vehicle! Get a $4.00 bus pass if it’s to much to walk down to the inlet and walk back. Bus drivers are very helpful! You ride all day with that pass. Pool was very cold even though temps were high 90’s.

My friend and I were looking for a last minute trip to OCMD and weren’t looking to spend a lot of money just on a hotel. This was the best deal we could’ve found! We were very happy with the pool and poolside bar. Also just steps from the beach with an awesome porch right on the boardwalk. The lobby was very nice and the whole hotel wasn’t muggy and humid feeling like other hotels on the boardwalk. Was very pleased that our room on the 5th floor had great AC and we were always comfortable. Bathroom is a bit cramped and the room is small but for the price it was just what we needed. Everything was clean and we were very happy with the customer service at the front desk. It’s about a 20-30 minute walk down all the way to Marty’s Playland at the beginning of the boardwalk, which is a great distance when you wanna catch all the stores and food in between and also get your steps in! We had a great time and would 100% come back.
