Looking for a vacation property in Ocean City, Maryland, that has that wow factor? Bayshore Drive #18 certainly has it - a recently renovated bayfront townhome ideally located on 27th street. This impressive two bedroom two bath property is ready to impress with the charm of yesteryear featuring exposed wood beams mixed with tons of updates including a brand new modern kitchen, new flooring, paint and so much more. Enjoy expansive bay views from the patio and the primary bedroom - or take it all in from the pier if you care to bring your boat and fish for flounder in the nearby popular channel or simply use the owner's trap to do a little crabbing while you're here. Maybe you'll just want to relax and and watch the charter boats come and go. In addition to the patio and pier, there is a sizeable grassy area between the patio and the pier where your guests can endeavor to set up picnics and games for some pre or post beach fun. The spacious nautically-decorated bedrooms have extra-large closets for storage and most rooms in the home include a ductless heating and cooling unit for individual comfort. There are no shortages of beautiful sunrises and sunsets to witness from your back porch with morning coffee or evening libations - plus you can even catch fireworks at certain times of the year. The 27th street location is convenient to the beach, Ocean City Boardwalk, notable restaurants too numerous to mention, and Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park, but still far enough away to avail you of some quiet time. You will find yourself wanting to come back to this fantastic townhome every year to make new beach memories with your family! Sleeping up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a California king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. A queen sleep sofa is also available in the den area for additional sleeping arrangements. All rooms in the home include a ductless heating and cooling unit for individual comfort. Two parking spots are included with this rental. Bayshore 18 rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 2 nights off season. --------Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. -----Non-smoking. No pets please. This location is great. I really enjoyed the location on the bay. Sunsets were beautiful. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There were plates, pans, utensils, and an air fryer. The bedrooms are really large and bright. The bathrooms could use some updating especially the showers.

Bayshore townhouse

This house has everything you need and more. My husband and I were there for 2 weeks. Enjoyed the view and watching the boat traffic go by. Neighbors are very friendly. Will be definitely staying here again.

A wonderful week!

This property is exactly as pictured and great for our family of 4. The dock and views can’t be beat! We caught lots of fish and watched some beautiful sunsets. The house had everything we needed including beach supplies, fishing poles and loads of kitchen appliances. Bathrooms are outdated, but we didn’t mind. The location, decor and layout of the house was perfect!

Nice, comfortable rental property (.75 mile walk to boardwalk)

This property was as pictured and comfortable. It was clean and well maintained. Pros: * The appliances that we did use worked (microwave, toaster oven, stove top, washer/dryer). * The bed was comfortable and there were loads of extra blankets and pillows * There were plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes, cookware, etc... * It is a safe feeling area to walk around in * They had plenty of area guide books, and activities (fishing poles, crabbing gear, games, beach items, etc...) * The rental agency staff was friendly on the phone regarding late check in and picking the keys and parking passes up was easy and just down the road a few miles. Cons: * Lots of road noise (we were there on bike weeks, so even worse when they arrived). The neighbors on the right were there and we could here their little dog barking but it didn't back too much and we didn't hear it while sleeping. There is a lot of water noise, but that is to be expected staying on the bay. * The master bathroom needs severely updated. The sink is ridiculously low (like for a small child) and it killed our backs to get ready at it. I am 5'10" and it stopped about halfway up my thighs. My husband is 6'6" and it stopped just above his knees! * Many lights either had burnt out bulbs, unplugged, or couldn't find a switch. We arrived when it was dark and there was not a single light left on at the property for us. We had to use our phone light to turn on a lamp as so many light switches we were flipping seemed to do nothing (some fans). * We arrived with the air conditioning units turned OFF on the main floor and the master bedroom. Luckily we had to go to a restaurant and grocery store after arriving to give it time to cool down. * The listing stated to bring just about everything but the kitchen sink. We brought EVERYTHING as told and it turned out we only needed bedsheets (mattress pad provided), bath towels, and shower soap and toilet paper (they actually provide it too, but it is tissue paper so we used ours). Everything else they had as far as bedding, kitchen linens, hand soaps, detergents, etc..). * The cleaning guy was there in the condo before we had checked out (prior to check out time). We left and came back and he was in there getting ready to clean! We had already packed the car ( I guess he saw that) but he should not have entered the property until we checked out. He was nice * Staff at rental agency at checkout time had zero customer service
