Great spot!

Moshe’s place was exactly as described. Check in was easy and pretty much anything we needed, and expected, was stocked in the unit. We brought our own- but a nice perk was umbrellas, chairs, body boards in the bay side balcony closet included for use. We’ve stayed twice in the Fountainhead building and will be starting in the building next year also. We liked this property better than the unit we stayed in last year and will look for it next year as well.

The condo property itself was very clean and well-maintained. The condo rules at the pool were very difficult to follow with children. No toys, rafts, or food in the pool area. It also did not open until 9 and closed early at 8. The unit itself was very spacious, with updated decor and a beautiful view of the ocean and bay. However, my rating is lower because the condo was not cleaned well. I would recommend hiring a different cleaning service and/or a deep clean. We also had difficulty with the Wi-Fi which was eventually resolved. The owner was very friendly and available to answer questions and apologized for the inconvenience. This was a prime location, near plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Great view and location

The condo has a wonderful view and a great location with the number of restaurants nearby. It was a nice condo complex and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and amenities were nice and appreciated. We would book this condo again.

Wonderful!

The place was perfect for my family and I, beds we’re comfortable and balcony on both bay and beach side was a great spot to relax, eat and play games. The area is awesome with the green turtle, dodo’s ices cream and food lion right across the street!! I could not have asked for better communication with the host, any questions I had I got a response back almost instantly via the VRBO messaging app. I would recommend this stay and look forward to booking this condo again in the future!

Great vacation 2023

Great stay, only thing I would mention is that the building requires 50$ cash per week in parking per vehicle. I wasn't aware and didn't see it in the description or instructions. Understandable though, maybe just a miscommunication. Lastly I would only point out that the property is not 100% oceanfront, even though the view from pics is accurate, there is a 2 floor building in front of the property. But because we were so high it didn't matter. Would certainly book the condo again!!!

Family Trip

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated and everything felt new! Just as pictured. Balcony was large and provided great view of the beach The communication with the owner was very efficient and kind. The only negative feedback I would give is the front desk first impression. Any condo I have ever rented, you check in with them first upon your arrival to see if your unit is ready. The response was 'I dunno that's on you, you can go up and check". Found is very unprofessional and off-putting. However that shouldn't be a reflection of the owner as his condo was very nice, clean, and overall great experience. Would recommend and stay again.

Ocean City golf trip

Nice, modern 1 br, 1 ba apartment. Easy beach access. Balconies on both ocean and bay sides. Great view of the ocean at sunrise. Easy to spot dolphins and whales near the shore. Quality linens and bath towels provided. Clean, modern kitchen with appliances for dining in. Beautiful pool - just don’t forget your pool tags or the elderly gentleman who guards the gate will condescendingly lecture you for 4-5 minutes! Grocery, pharmacy, pizza, donuts, and bar just across the street. 6 picturesque golf courses within a half hour drive. Only issue we faced was that there is just one door key provided so my wife needed to be close by when I returned from golfing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
