Bay Princess 116 is a beautiful bayside condominium. This two-bedroom, two bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the picturesque Assawoman Bay. Bay Princess features a heated outdoor pool. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Bay Princess 116 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The modern living room is furnished with a soft suede couch, a comfortable recliner and a television. The chair doubles as a twin sleep chair. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a small dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a double bed and a television. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to seven people, so bring the whole family!

Nice property, one block away From beach. Everything was great except dealing with the president of the HOA. Too agressive, and she thinks she has all them power in the world. She stops anyone she does know, even when you enter the pool with your code. She asks for individual keys, which is ok but if you have the code you’re supposed to have the key as well
. Anyway the appartement is great with a stunning view on the bay and sun set!!!

Neighbors too reserved for middle aged vacationers

This is a great place to stay if you want a very low key vacation. We aren't partying college students but do come as a group for a good time. Unfortunately here at the property Bay Princess you get questioned by everyone who's in your group and where are you staying to then let the property managers know you are engaging in too much fun. We were told to keep it down just talking on the balcony because it does echo. We took it inside after that. We were told they don't allow towels to hang on the balcony. We had guests over who were staying elsewhere and we were reported for having too many people staying at the Condo. Never have we had this much of an issue and I was told it's due to many are full time residents and they like things a VERY certain way. Overall the actual condo was great fully stocked with dishes and utensils, plenty of seating, nice open area between the kitchen, dining room and living room.

the folks who clean this rental need to be supervised. dirty floors sand on beds. bedroom and bathroom need repairs. tv modem missing in guest bedroom. dresser drawers broken. broken shower head. screen door broken.

Nice place, nice to be a little away from the center of activity.

Good shape, nice location. Tv in second bedroom was not connected to cable and no way to connect. DVD player in living room did not work, but otherwise listing was very good and we liked the place and enjoyed our stay.

Quiet functional space that's great for a family of 4.

Would not describe as modern (especially the kitchen/bathroom/laundry) but it's pleasant and functional. Positives: Working with the rental company was a dream; small pool was shallow enough for kids, plenty of parking, quick walk to beach, short walk to Bayside Skillet, a quiet building, great views, behind Hooked and Fractured Prune. Cons: Dated bathrooms, Bed linens were fine, but towels were threadbare, and couple issues with cleaning company -- duvets were full of sand, floors were sticky and dirty in every room (5 minutes inside without shoes and we all had black feet). Overall though, you can't beat the peacefulness and the respectfulness of the neighbors. Wish it was a little cleaner. Would otherwise recommend!

Unit #116

Overall our stay was nice. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen has all of the supplies you need. My only gripe is that the unit could have been cleaner. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the rest of the place could really use a thorough cleaning. The owners should really visit this unit more often to make sure everything is working properly. We had one full day of rain where we just hung around inside and attempted to watch a movie only to find out the DVD player wasn't working. Some of the cable channels included in their plan were also not activated. We typically don't go on vacation to watch TV but when the weather isn't cooperating, you want to have all the amenities working properly.
