1. Elevator would not stop on 3rd floor. We had to ride to the 4th floor and then walk down the stairs to the 3rd floor. Evidently, the elevator is always this way. 2. The walls between rooms are paper thin. We could hear all neighbors as if they were in our room. 3. Limited parking

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The parking situation is horrendous which isn’t explained to you until after you check in. The parking lots aren’t near the hotel. The MANAGER & STAFF ARE TRULY CLUELESS & don’t know how to respond & resolve issues that arise. The elevator wasn’t working properly for the entire week- the manager wasn’t effective in getting that issue resolved effectively. We had to lug all of our baggage down several flights of stairs. Another vacationer stated he was stuck in the elevator for 20 mins. Towels were grungy looking. The bed linens were dirty. We had to ask for clean linens at the front desk because it looked like the linens weren’t changed from the previous vacationers. Food stains on the sheets & blankets-Yuck!! The plumbing leaves a lot to be desired- slow draining.I DON’T RECOMMEND BOOKING A STAY AT THIS SUBPAR HOTEL. Trust me you’ll get what you pay.
