This residential home community is one of Ocean City's best kept secrets. The community spans 130th to 135th streets on the bayside and boasts mobile and stick built homes on the direct bayfront, canal front and interior lots. A shopping center complete with food store and dining is at the 130th street community entrance. Sports, recreation and trails are a few short blocks away at Ocean City's Northside Park. The beach and ocean await across Coastal Highway via the well lit intersection with crosswalk. The community includes off-street parking for each home, fishing and crabbing areas, 8 acre pond sanctuary with walking/jogging path, and 5 acre park next to the pond sanctuary. Amenities include two outdoor pools, two outdoor tennis courts and miniature golf course. Some homes are NON-SMOKING and some include boat docking either in a slip or along the bulkhead. Some properties permit pets with a paid pet fee and many accept daily rentals with a 2-3 night minimum. This unit is a 14 foot single wide mobile home overlooking a canal. Docking is available along the bulkhead. The pool and tennis courts are only .04 miles away.

Very convenient location
Loved having access to the canal...we brought a kayak and paddle board to put right in the water. Safe area to ride our bikes with close access to a big park. Beach a few walking blocks away.

Fresh paint and Roses dept store seaside decorations didn't make up for the poorly equipped kitchen, 3 dining chairs (?), very uncomfortable beds, broken drawers in every room, old living room furniture, slimy shower liners, lack of lamps. If you are planning to not cook or never have 4 people sit at the table, to not sleep well, or spend much time in the unit it is a perfect place. Disappointed to say the least.

Good location - dirty home
The location and neighborhood this trailer sits in is wonderful and was a great place for our little family to take morning and evening walks. Traveling with a 10 month old isn't easy and we did not expect the world out of a rental that also accepted our dog, but between the bugs (ants, slugs?!), extremely dirty floors (crumbs, gummy bears, ant traps everywhere), paint chipping off of floor vents/sticking to feet and shoes, and random leftovers from other people's stays (dog bowl under the couch, dirty towels hanging) - safe to say our stay wasn't relaxing or pleasant. Not the experience we hoped for and not worth the money. May be suitable for renters who do not plan on spending much time indoors - but we are actually happy to be home and have our stay be over.

This place was sufficient.
Pros:
-The space was larger than we expected on a quiet street
-The management company is extremely friendly
-Close to everywhere we wanted to be (beaches, Fenwick Island, restaurants)
-The kitchen is well equipped should you want to cook
-Ample parking
-Washer and dryer look relatively new
Cons:
-If you have a pet there is a fee. This is high considering the condition of the home
-There were ants, to which they set out traps--other than that the place was very tidy
-The overall condition of the home is worn and there was a light musty smell (something most people are use to within beach housing)
Other:
-You can request linens for an additional fee--We were happy to bring our own
Overall: This is an inexpensive place to stay should you want to make a last min getaway. We didn't spend a lot of time there besides sleeping.
