The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This popular ocean block location is great for families who may need to go back and forth from the beach. You'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or just to get out of sun for a while. From the covered patio, you'll be able to enjoy a view of the pool as the kids take a break from the sand and ocean. Located in Northern Ocean City, the unit is located near miniature golf, go-carts, a water park, boat rentals, Fisher's Popcorn and some of the best restaurants/bars including the famous Harpoon Hanna's and Catch 54 for name a few. Tax free shopping is only a few blocks away and you'll be nicely situated for a drive to the outlets in Rehoboth.

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun-filled vacation. The bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A full kitchen is great for making those cost saving meals at home. There are Roku TV's in both the living room and bedroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit along with Free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and property.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. The building does have an elevator.
* Two parking spots are provided in an open lot. There is additional parking available on the street.
* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. We cannot be responsible for changes in pool hours, dates of operation or pool closures.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 134th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive their check-in information via email with final payment confirmation.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
