This gorgeous, modern, midtown building features a secure elevator, rooftop outdoor pool with views of the Ocean and the Bay, 2 reserved under cover parking spots, a gym, private balcony, outside shower, new washer and dryer and across from 45th Steet Tap House, Coffee, Ice Cream, Seafood.

Very modern and beautifully updated condo, so close to the beach and places to eat, just park your car in one of your two covered parking spots and relax. Enjoy a wonderful private and quite covered porch with 4 Adirondack chairs and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen to enjoy eating in at times.

We stayed the week for our daughter's dance nationals. The location was perfect for commuting to the convention center and the property was very clean and welcoming. A very big bonus was the fact that linens were provided! Frank was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the Astoria! Frank and Shirley made our stay so easy and were always available anytime if we had any questions. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and very accommodating - an amazing updated Kitchen including all the best utensils/appliances. The Beach is steps away and the rooftop pool is a bonus! Great location, walking distance to shops, dining and more- we will be back!

Week at the Beach

The condo has all the conveniences of home. It is so nice not to have to worry about packing linens (except beach towels). Also the beach equipment is a huge plus!!! Frank definitely provides quality items. The location of the property is perfect as well. Very close walk to the beach. Frank is so easy to communicate with and makes sure you have what you need. I highly recommend this condo.
