Worcester House 304 is a newly-renovated oceanfront condominium in midtown Ocean City. This one-bedroom, one and a half-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular ocean view. This condo is ideal place for you and your family to call home for a week! Worcester House 304 is one of Ocean City's most comfortable vacation rentals.

This condo has been renovated for the 2019 season, beautiful hardwood flooring in every room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors bathe the space in natural light. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen so you can make gourmet meals on those nights you decide to stay in. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private half-bath, and a flat screen TV. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to four people, so it's perfect for a small family or romantic getaway!

Loved it!

Great location. Decor was Beautiful and easy to kid proof without so much clutter!! Only thing that could have made it better would be a key pad entry (constant fear of losing keys at the beach 🤣). Would definitely book again!!

Nicely renovated, amazing views….

I will rent again, wish they used combo lock in the door vs keys which require us to pick them up and drop them off which is not as convenient as previous rentals.
