FIRST TIME - NEW LISTING 9/21/23.
Sunrise Sea is a beautiful solid masonry condo with elevator that is located VERY close to the ocean (just a very few steps), shops, dining and water activities on 63rd street OCEANblock with off-street and mostly covered parking in garage. NO crossing of Coastal Highway necessary you will already be on the oceanside. Ocean and bay views from balcony. Unit can occupy 6-8, bed sizes include a queen in the primary, another queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 new queen sleeper sofas.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products because we are COVID-19 compliant. Both a washer and a dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival and picked up too; all contact-less.
Should you choose; a set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. Blankets and pillows are also available for this nominal fee. BEST PART - NO washing, NO drying, NO folding, NO packing to bring it all with you (although you are welcome to do so) and then everything all over again to take back home. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.

The property was clean and decorated very nicely. Loved the balcony area which had ocean and bay views. The pool area was located just outside, so there were a few noise issues. Great parking with a convenient elevator, so we didn't have to lug our stuff up stairs. The host was very attentive with any needs we had. Was in a convenient location, just off of I-90. Recommend bringing your own linens and towels, as there was an issue with the linen service, but overall we had a great stay.

The location of this property is amazing!!! Not only is it less than a minute walk to the beach, but it's also directly across from both the pool area and the elevator. We had 3 small children with us and having this location was the greatest perk we could've asked for. The rental was very spacious with very comfortable beds and beautiful air conditioning for a hot, beach vacation. Because of the 3 small kids, we utilized the washer and dryer a lot and it was a really nice convenience to have. The balcony is huge and gives you a beautiful view of both ocean and bay. The street is very quiet and calm, but we were also in walking distance to so many amenities such as stores, restaurants, and mini golf for the kids. All around, this was an amazing vacation and we will be back!!!!!

Perfect location for our stay

We were a block from a grocery store and a bus stop. The teenagers were able to hop on the bus and go to the boardwalk. As many buildings thatbwere around us i was surprised how quiet is was! Very nice place to stay. The owner said there were no chairs or boards but people had left some, so maybe they will.stsy there now.

AMAZING !!

Our short weekend away was such a breath of fresh air from booking, check in and to check out was easy and no problem at all! Our condo was very, very clean and beautiful! We were a short walk to the beach and could even see it from our balcony, which was awesome for the kiddos! Also had a grocery store right across the street, which was perfect for us, We just walked there. This location is a perfect location still nice and close to many restaurants, the boardwalk, mini golfing and many other things. My family and I truly had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back! 😀

Excellent location!

Loved being so close to the beach in a less hectic part of OC, and the unit was right next to the pool and the elevator, which was such a nice bonus. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, easy garage parking with unassigned spaces, and owner was very responsive! My only suggestion would be to make it clearer that renters need to supply their own blankets in addition to sheets. The photos show quilts so i assumed those would be there and didnt bring blankets. Luckily it was hot enough we didn't mind at all sleeping under just a sheet! I also was unable to use the toaster oven or the microwave - the toaster didn't seem to work, and the microwave was located by an outlet that wasn't functional and there wasn't space to easily move it. Aside from those minor things, we had an excellent stay and I'd stay again.
