Floor plans in the Century are VERY UNIQUE! Nothing else like it in OC or the surrounding environs. Think of a 2-story townhouse within a tall apartment building. There are stairs in the unit.

We are up on the 16th and 17th floor. end unit END UNIT on northern end of building. Exit the elevator in the center of the building, turn north, and we are on the left. Enter the home, staircase to the right, downstairs bedroom with private bath (over sized vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet and wall to wall mirror), queen size bed, full size futon, small size smart TV and storage are straight ahead. Open shelves (making items easily accessible) and closet are built-in. One complete wall is all glass (floor to ceiling, wall to wall) and overlooks the bay, simply stunning and sweeping views! Hopefully no one in your party has issues with acrophobia....There is a small deck off the bedroom with limited seating should you want to pause and take in the views and coastal breezes overlooking the bay....

Go upstairs and you will see a similarly positioned bedroom, also featuring a queen size bed and a comparable window wall of glass with the same spectacular views of the bay. The private bath includes a large walk-in shower, another over sized vanity, toilet and even larger mirrors! Bedroom also features a nice wicker chair, end table, large dresser and mirror. Dresser hosts another smart flat screen TV and plenty of lighting.

Exit the bedroom and walk towards the ocean, pass the open u-shaped staircase and you will pass the washer/dryer on your right and the utility closet with the water heater, cleaning equipment, an apron and miscellaneous supplies.

Linens (sheets and towels) can be rented for an additional fee. We have blankets and bed pillows at the premises.

Continue towards the ocean, enter the open and spacious kitchen with table, chairs and stools, and all appliances. Granite counters, self closing drawers and cabinets, open shelving and lots of light - natural and otherwise.

The kitchen opens to the living area (with futon/sectional, ample seating, large smart wall mounted TV, home stereo, beach reading, secretarial desk, DVDs, beach reading books, cook books, tour books and so much more) and leads you to the balcony that overlooks the ocean and includes a wicker settee, two matching arm chairs, two more chairs and small table. Can you say...COCKTAILS??!!!

Building lobby was refurbished in 2015 and is very beachy and welcoming with PLENTY of cozy seating. A wonderful meeting place or a nice opportunity to sit and pause after a day at the beach. It also provides access to the LARGE deck in the dunes with tables and seating for many.

Don't forget we have exercise facilities on site and sauna - both overlooking the dunes and beach. Additionally, beyond the large deck, are outdoor showers and a private path that takes you directly to the beach.

And the indoor pool, when hoping to escape the sun or occupy children during a rainy day, is open from mid May to mid September. Big, lots of seating and right there!

Also on site is the state of the art exercise facilities, sauna and huge beach side deck which, again, also includes lots of seating and tables. On the way to the beach you will see the outdoor showers which are quite useful in removing sand from body and feet before heading upstairs.

Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, places of worship, additional parking and food markets.
