and enjoy the beach, the boardwalk, & many restaurants and entertainment all within a few steps. You won't find a place that has sleeping for 15+ people
ocean block at this price. These units are perfect for having your own space with Private balconies and plenty of beds. Enjoy the beach we got you covered.

This property gets two stars; one for the location, and another for the air conditioning.This property has been used as a party spot numerous times, and never has it been repaired or taken care of.Venetian blinds are torn and hanging, the master bedroom bed frame is broken, doors have holes in them, vertical blinds have half their slats missing, and the ones that are still up there have to be turned by hand to get the blinds to close, the couch has a large tear in it, the living room table has a leg completely detached, and the only thing that’s more dented than the fridge are the pots and pans that are completely unusable. Closet doors were knocked off their track or completely missing. It looks like it’s been a frat house for years.Wifi only reaches the first 2 floors; 3 and 4 are dead zones. The floors were already a bit sandy when we arrived. The host sends you a surprise list of things you have to bring that are not provided: laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish sponge (really?!), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cooking oils (again, really?!), paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper. Who wants to go shopping on vacation?The place looks modern, but is poorly maintained. Instead of cleaning the mildewed grout in the shower, they simply put silicone caulk over it. Only up to waist level, for some reason. At least the A/C worked well.Oh, and it’s very noisy from 10 pm to 3 am. 5 am garbage pickup will wake you up as well. Bring a loud white noise generator.
Most of the blinds are in similar condition.

The location was great. The house itself was very dirty. Sand on every floor, walls had stains and dirt on them, the refrigerator had no shelves although we got a shelf the next day. Doors on the fourth floor had no way of locking them. One was for the rooftop, the other for storage. That was a huge safety issue for us since we had young children with us. They came the next day and nailed them shut. The bathrooms were a mess and the showers needed to be scrubbed and cleaned before we used them. No place to put shower supplies either. None of them had shelves to put shampoo, etc on. The doors to a closet in the master bedroom was busted and was leaning against a wall.I think if you had a cleaning crew that did their job, our experience would have been much better.

Great place for teenagers!

This was a nice place for a large group of people. It is close to the boardwalk and beach. But there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to walk a lot. The place wasn’t super clean when we first got there although the hard wood floors were super easy to clean.

Great stay, lots of stairs, a little dirty

First of all we really enjoyed our stay! We loced being so close to the Boardwalk and the closeness to restaurants! Be aware there are lots and lots of stairs :) If you mind that you have to take that into consideration. We had our grandparents with us and there are 2 bedrooms on the second floor. None on the first. It worked but if it would've been a longer stay i probably wouldve had to read the description better.The kitchen/livingroom area is on the small side. I dont think you can fir 15 ppl in there comfortably. The couch cushion was very sat through and should probably be replaced at some point :) We did go off season so maybe that was why the apartment wasn't ultra clean. The sheets and towels were clean though which was great! All in all a great 5 day stay here!

Wonderful Getaway

We loved the location of this rental. It is right by the boardwalk. Having 4 bedrooms, plus a bathroom for each of the bedrooms and a powder room in the main area made for a very comfortable stay. The host was wonderful and communication was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Friends Vacation

The location of the property was amazing. However, the floors were filthy and there were a lot of broken, non-functioning items. The site said there were 2 double beds in the one room but there was 1 tbut there are actually 4 full bathrooms and not 3. I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness

Great location

Easily accessible, great location, parking on property was very convenient. Good walking distance to boardwalk. Quick drive to Walmart and other stores and restaurants. Spacious and open living area and large rooms.
