Great location. Beautiful views. Door locks really need to be updated. Bathroom,and kitchen need update. Prefer wood to carpets. Cleaner. When I opened the couch there were crumbs. I liked that it was simple. No Nicnakes Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Probably needs new batteries. Hope the owners update the unit. However it was fine. Beautiful location. Weather was great. Pool clean and never too crowded. Staff very nice.

Overall the stay was great! We did notice sand under the mattress protectors and tshirts on the balcony, other than that it was pretty well cleaned. Communication with realtor was pretty good as well. We didn’t realize we had to go to a different location for the keys and found out 5mins from arriving to the condo.

Worst condo I’ve ever been in

Water damage and crack across the living room & bedroom. Dishwasher clogged and overflowed 1 time toilet overflowed 6 times three electrical outlets did not work and there’s something black around the vents and black spots in the ceiling and walls. We took a week to unwind and there was nothing but stress. I won’t use you again or the realtor office again.

Great location! Amazing ocean and bay views. Easy and quick communication. We went for Oceans Calling concert and had a great time. We can't wait to come back when it's in season. Super easy to get to the beach and pool.

A week at the Beach

The condo met our needs. We were delighted to have a bay side and ocean front balcony. The property was somewhat dated and could use a couple of very minor repairs. The location was perfect in regards to restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

Perfect Quiet Stay

We have stayed at a lot of different places over the years and while we've liked some more than others, none were ones that we said "this is it" ... until this place! Location cannot be beat if you don't want the commotion of the boardwalk every day! Quiet beach, even at the height of the day during the busy season. Close to bus stops, I never drove the car the whole week. Across the street from the grocery store, but also close to lot of ice cream shoppes. Everything inside the unit was extremely clean and functional (including an ICE MAKER!). Full size washer and dryer was amazing. The bay side balcony cannot be beat for sunsets and storage of the sandy beach stuff since you don't have to enter the unit to access. The view from both balconies is amazing. We do not intend to stay anywhere else ever again!

Great views

This condo is on the beach and was clean with carpet and tiled floors, has AC, washer and dryer, a kitchen, wireless internet and a pullout couch. The unit is on the 11th floor and the view of the sunrise off the ocean is AMAZING in the mornings from the beach side balconey! But the sunset from the bay side balconey is WAY better (in my opinion). There is also a pool on beach side of the building, all amenities are in walking distance, grocery store, restaurants, liqour store, etc. The Fountainhead condominium's is after 118th st. and the boardwalk starts at 27th st., so its quite a ways before and its not as busy or chaotic with people everywheres. Grace, of North Beach Realtors, was prompt to answer any questions we had and very friendly. This was a great place to stay and I would do it again and the price was right for our 7 day stay.

air conditioner did not work properly

Upon arrival on Saturday 08/27/22 I didn't believe the a/c was working properly, not blowing cold enough air, notified Grace Masten about the situation, at that time, she thought that it could just be the air was turned down. We stayed for the next few days, the condo never got comfortable. The following Wednesday I called Ms. Masten about the a/c. Long story short, We were moved to another complex because the a/c was checked and found not to be working properly, Also should mention that a shelf on the refrigerator door was broken along with a bin. Also the latch on the bayside balcony was broken. We do like the location of the building and the condo was clean upon arrival. We stayed at fountainhead before, we like the location and the fact there are two balconies. But we will not stay at this unit again

Our august 2022 stat

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean. We loved having both ocean view and bay view balconies. It’s easy access to the beach and the pool was a great plus. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and bathroom is outdated and could use some updating but both worked efficiently and was great for what we needed for the week. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Would definitely stay again.

Great view!

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo. The unit looks exactly like it does in the photos, but the bathroom is bigger than it looks which was a nice surprise. The condo does look dated and the kitchen and bathroom look a little dingy but we didn’t mind since we got an incredible view at an affordable price. The beach wasn’t too crowded during our stay at the end of June. This was a comfortable place to stay and we would stay here again.

Nice, but need cleaning and fixing

Seems to be very dirty, bath fan is all crudy, drywall is rotted in bath and is spongey, half the light bulbs are out. Slider door screen door falls off track every use. Ease to beach and pool. Nice parking lot. If updated and or fixed, would stay again

Ocean front was amazing and the view of the bay in the back

My first time experiencing oceanfront I will never go back. So peaceful and serene The only thing we didn't like was bringing our own sheets and towels had a lot to take up to the condo didn't like that at all. There were no beach chairs beach towels. Or beach buggy it would have been nice if they supplied it. The condo was a very clean which was nice to walk into.

It’s all about the view!

The view facing the ocean is great. Balcony has table, 4 chairs , 2 lounge chairs and a rack to hold wet things. Awesome sunrises. View of pool. Quick walk to beach. The view of the bay is from the balcony across the hall from the unit where you can store your beach gear. There are chairs there too. Beautiful sunsets.. Bedroom and living room are nice. Bathroom and kitchen need updating. But everything was clean. Mattresses were comfy. There is a registration fee at the complex when you arrive of $40 CASH.

Great trip

We had great time. Only problem dining chairs had rivots and the back of one broke. I checked and three other chairs had loose rivets my only problem would be if i get charged for that chair.
