Watch the sunrise from your private, oceanfront balcony at Worcester House 505, a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom condo where you can simply slide open the glass doors to let in the fragrant ocean breeze.
After a day spent on the beach downstairs, you'll return home to every essential, from air conditioning to free WiFi. There's a private washer/dryer to refresh your beach towels, a full kitchen where you can cook, and space to dine both inside and outside on the balcony. There are flatscreen TVs in both the living room and bedroom as well.
Worcester House is an oceanfront property that's conveniently located in midtown Ocean City (51st Street). Seacrets is only blocks away, as are a number of great restaurants, bars, shops, conveniences, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment.
Things to Know Full kitchen No smoking and no pets allowed
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Great location and property. However, need better information retrieving the key for entry. Update couch and living room furniture no support for your back.
Place was good. Pretty clean for a beach property. Only issue we had was mold on the a/c vent. They came & cleaned it within a couple hours. Would stay again.
Pictures looked good so we booked despite higher prices this year. When we checked in the tile floor was gritty. No amount of sweeping helped and it remained that way. Closet in the living room is a mess of OLD pillows, blankets, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, and sand. Close up the furniture is outdated. The sofa bed has a giant dip in the center from much use. It is like sleeping in a hammock with a bar in your back. Couch pillows are worn out. Outdoor furniture is made of white flimsy plastic and the table horribly stained. TV is smaller than my computer monitor. Shower makes a high pitched squeak the whole time it is on. Kitchen and bedroom were okay. View from balcony was great as it is ocean front. However, the balcony is not totally private. There is a large gap that your neighbors can see you from. Visited two other 1 bedroom condos in this building that were more nicely updated. One had even installed a partition on the balcony for privacy because of the balcony gap issue. Wish the owners of 505 would consider an update as well. Will not be booking a stay here again.
