One Bedroom Oceanfront Condo w/ Easy Beach Access
The Space:
One bedroom direct oceanfront condo in North Ocean City with direct beach access. This condo offers one bedroom, one full-bathroom, one half-bathroom and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private patio off of the living area that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the tranquil setting. The patio has a gate that provides easy direct beach access from the condo. The bedroom features two queen-sized beds, television and an ensuite half-bathroom. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include onsite parking, elevator, outside shower and easy beach access. Restaurants, shopping, amusements and more are all nearby. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guestâs request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
There were many nice things that had been done in this unit and I want to mention those: new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen with a nice new countertop, nice bathrooms and flooring. Furniture was decent and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the things that were wrong outweighed those after 3 nights. The small annoying things were dead bugs on the floor, pictures leaning against the couch that needed to be hung or thrown out and items in the closet that weren't for the use of guests and so should be removed like paint cans and trays, old photo albums, etc. The biggest annoyance was the lack of curtain at the window and the fact that the apartment never got cool enough. You are on full display, especially at night with no curtain and people traveled all evening long on the path that runs by the patios back and forth to the beach. The A/C's are through the wall and look fairly new but I started them at 70 on day 1 and by day 3, checkout, they were on 62 and it was still too hot. Temps were in the 80's. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, it was filthy. Old chairs and flags on the porch along with some cat toys and old rugs. The chairs, which show so well in the pictures, along with the table, were covered in sand. I don't clean on my vacation so I didn't sit out on the balcony, which is why I chose this unit. Bottom line, Spring Clean this unit, hang the pictures and a curtain, remove the junk that's in the closets and drawers and have someone check the AC
Had a wonderful time. Perfect view of the ocean. quiet and away from the hussle and bussle of the boardwalk. There was some beach chairs and there was laundry soap and dishwasher soap and extra hygiene products in the bathroom.
It was a great place to stayâŠclean, easy access, beautiful ocean view with the beach a few steps away. Only thing I would recommend for the condo, is a curtain on the sliding glass door (patio).
