Quaint, Dog-Friendly Berlin Vacation Home

Enjoy your time away at our home at White Horse Park, a bayfront community with all of the amenities you need and just a short 15-minute trip to Ocean City! Get the best of both worlds with a quiet, relaxing community but also all of the amenities you're looking for on your vacation. Pets are a part of the family, so we welcome up to two dogs to join you on your vacation (sorry, no cats). Our home is a simple, quaint rental with just what you need for a restful trip.

The Property
This three bedroom unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with a small tv, a living room with seating for five and a large, flat screen tv on the wall. The kitchen includes all basic pots, pans and utensils, a crockpot, dining table for 6 and all the basics you could need. With three bedrooms and four beds, we can sleep up to four people at a time. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed (60"x80"), bedroom 2 has a full sized beds (54" x 72") and bedroom three has a bunk bed with two twin beds (39" x 75") for the little ones. With a washer and dryer in unit, free WiFi, parking for two, a gas grill and a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful weather, our property has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

The Community
At White Horse Park, you will have access to a community pool (passes provided), a bay front waterfront, pavilion and playground, all within walking distance of the rental. Enjoy this quiet, quaint community right on the bay.

The Location
Enjoy all of the beach activities, while also enjoying calm & quiet at our home in Berlin. Ocean Pines is about a five minute drive away, with your basic dining, shopping and golfing. In just 20 minutes, you'll find yourself in Ocean City, Maryland, where you can immerse yourself in any beach activity you could think of! From public beach access to all the seafood restaurants you can think of, Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, mini golf, or Ocean City's Boardwalk, you have all of the best beach attractions at your fingertips.

What to you need to know
- The minimum age to rent is 25, in order to protect our home. There are a max of four guests, as required by the county.
- No smoking in the home
- Up to two dogs are permitted with a $75 pet fee
- We use Blink cameras (outside of the doors only) to confirm arrival and departure time and to provide security, both to you and while the house is unoccupied. There are no video cameras in home.
- You can bring your own linens, or use ours, as long as you wash and dry prior to your departure. Depending on which rooms you intend to use, we recommend bringing queen sheets with deep pockets for bedroom #1, full sheets for bedroom #2, and two sets of twin sheets for bedroom #3.
- Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.
