Love staying here but the beds do sleep terrible so if you’re there for sleep, may not be the place for you. But the location is amazing right on the beach love the coffee shop on the front porch. I will stay here again, but I am sure my back will hurt when I leave. The beds are terrible.

Outside amenities are worth the stay not room

Hotel is outdated, rooms are smaller. We had 1 roach visit us on the last day. The outside amenities were great! Bands every night, pools were clean as well as hot tubs. Would recommend for outside amenities only, not for the room.

This was a disgusting place to stay. Everything was so filthy, nothing was clean, the floors were nasty, refrigerator was disgusting, the bedding was horrible, doors didn’t even fit the frame, stains and filth were everywhere, the bathroom had pee and poop stains, the furniture wasn’t wiped down, everything was extremely dated, the outside pool area smelled like poop.

Dear Plim Plaza Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on July 5, 2025. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations in several key areas. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a front desk staff member who was actively eating chips while assisting me. This behavior struck me as highly unprofessional and unhygienic. When she handed me the paperwork to sign, it was stained with food residue, which was quite off-putting and set a poor tone for the rest of my stay. In addition, I was disappointed to find that there was no on-site parking available. I had to park a block away, which was very inconvenient—especially when unloading luggage. The condition of the bathroom in my room also contributed to a negative experience. The toilet was not functioning properly, as it wouldn’t flush fully, causing further discomfort during my stay. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest convenience from your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure better experiences for future guests.

Location was great! We loved the pool and hot tub area! It was awesome. Rooms were kinda small and we were on an awkward corner room which was terrible. The sheets were coming off the bed. The one had no mattress cover and the other mattress cover looked like it had mold on in. Along with stained pillows. The room had a weird smell to it. The fire alarm went off twice and when walking through the halls you could smell people were smoking.
