The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This beautiful unit had many updates including new laminate flooring throughout and an electric fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances, tile backsplash, granite countertops and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. There are two full-size beds in the bedroom and the bathroom has been beautifully updated, featuring a large shower. The unit temperature is maintained with a new mini split system. There are TVs in the living room along with the bedroom and there is free Wi-Fi.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Surfside 8 is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 8th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper,1 roll of paper towels and dish washing liquid.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is also the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
