Clean room, more than accommodating staff. We had a corner room facing the water. Very large with living room and master bedroom. Full balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons..The rooms were not ready even after 4 pm. An inside pool was super small. I think it is good enough only for little kids. My family always like to go to a pool in hotels; so we couldn't do it at this time. "Restaurant". I would not call it a restaurant. "Bar" is not a real bar. I would say it is a little spot to hangout in the evening time, but quite nice one. Don't expect good food. It is rather ok-food. Pros.. The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from our one bedroom suite was phenomenal. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Lobby was really nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Reservation had preference of adjoining rooms. I confirmed at check in and was told they had adjoining rooms available. When we arrived in our rooms none of the 3 rooms were adjoining. I called the front desk and spoke to the same person who checked us in and was told there were no adjoining rooms available, contradicting to what I was told. Also, she did not give any information regarding breakfast or pool hours.

Staff very courteous. Room was not up to standards i have experienced at this location before. Door drag when entering room would not open fully. Shower head leak spraying on ceiling. Toilet tissue holder would not stay in place with tissue on it. Cabinets were not cleaned well around handles. Otherwise room was acceptable. Location is great and convenient to area. Would stay again but property is not being maintained well as it was in the past.

First night there I was locked out of my room for an hour. The battery died in the door and they couldn’t locate the tool to open the door. After they opened the door it took them another 20 minutes to fix it. And the doors lock didn’t work after he fixed it so I couldn’t deadbolt the door at night. The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t bolted down so it moved.
