The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a meal after a sunny day in Ocean City.  Pack lighter as 6 Beach Chairs, a Beach Cart, & a FREE Linen/Towel Package are provided for your convenience!  We also rent 16 Corner Store Lane next door, which is perfect for large families that are vacationing together!  Book early to get your favorite week.

Level 1 offers a bedroom with a Twin over Twin Trundle, TV & half bath in the hall, Level 2 has the Kitchen,  two Living Rooms & a Dining Area, with access to a furnished balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening cocktail.  Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Twin over Full Bunk w/Twin Trundle & TV.  Bedroom Three offers a Queen bed & TV, and a full size hall bathroom. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, and private furnished balcony!  

There is a grill for the grill master in the family!  Bring your charcoal/lighter fluid.

Sunset Island Registration Fee:   $200 per reservation and included when booking.  This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. Ages 3 & under do Not need a pass.

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. 

2 or 3 Night Minimum before Memorial Day and after Labor Day.  

No smoking ~ No pets
