Whether you are relaxing your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail this courtyard is a wonderful addition to any vacation! Inside you will find 2 large bedrooms. The primary boasts a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and hallway bath. The living room with queen sleep sofa dining area and kitchen offer are open and great for entertaining.

You would not want to stay here

The property was not clean when we moved in. The comforters were rolled into balls and in the bottom of the closets on the floor. There was a dirty towel left in the washer. The walls were dirty, there were holes in the wall where pictures used to be. The drawers were so dirty I would not put my clothes in them. The blinds on the window were missing panels and they were rolled up in a ball in the corner. We had to plunge the toilet almost every time we used it. The remotes were missing batteries and the cable wires were everywhere. We had to configure the wiring to even watch the tv in the living room and one bedroom. The patio was dirty and the umbrella was broken. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Just simple stuff that can be fixed for cheap to make it better

I was the only male in the group, Spent the first 2 1/2 hours on arrival trying to fix tv’s and fix a bed that would flip over when sat on Simple solutions: Put some bed slats on the bed frames, label the controllers, fix the cable in the master bedrooms. A little paint in certain areas would certainly help appearance. And provide linens for free. First time I have ever had to pay any money for someone to “drop off” sheets and towels for us to use. Also the track on the pantry is broke, easy fox but if I wasn’t there the lady’s I was with would not have had access. Multiple kitchen drawers broke, more silverware would be great I would not recommend to anyone just based on the simple stuff that could be maintained to make a vacation enjoyable. All easy a cheap stuff to fix to make the experience much better

My family stayed here in June 2021
. The coffee pot leaked all Over dirty dishes in dishwasher dirty out back bugs everywhere inside tv cable didn’t work or remotes overall we had fun but just wasn’t the best place to stay!

Sad, it’s a cute place but poorly managed...

My husband and 3 kids stayed for 8 days. We did enjoy our stay. The location of the condo was close enough to the beach ( 3 blocks) but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the board walk ( 25 minute drive). The pool was awesome and friendly residents. My issues are when we walked into the condo it looked like we walked in on someone else’s vacation. In fact I actually knocked on the front door in fear of walking in on someone. It was a mess. Patio was covered in pine needles, grilling equipment was left out all over the patio, dishwasher full of someone else’s dirty dishes, sandy water shoes left out, dirty tubs. On top of the fact that the coffee maker that’s listed as an amenity does not work properly. And serval lights are out through out the condo. So my first few hours on my expensive vacation was spent cleaning so that my kids would have a clean kitchen to eat in and a clean tub to bath in. I notified costal resorts right away however, I didn’t receive a message back until SUNDAY and we checked in on FRIDAY! The message back was very apologetic and they offered to have a cleaning crew come in to clean the issues up but by then it was 48 hours later and too late! I’m annoyed that I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning . They ended up refunding my cleaning fee. Still though, especially now more then ever in a COVID-19 world the condo should have been spotless. My family and I did have a blast but this Property is poorly managed. I even tried dialing the emergency number they gave me and received no answer. It’s a shame because it’s a cute property and perfect location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main board walk. I just really wish it was better managed.
