Coastal vibes and ocean vistas await at this luxurious 3 BR/2.5 BA condo, featuring a sparkling rooftop pool. Relax and unwind in a spacious and open floor plan with high ceiling replete with contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural light. The master suite is a private sanctuary with a balcony of the bay.

Living area
Kick back on a plush sleeper sofa and love seat in the sun-drenched bay front living room, where coastal colors and contemporary style creates a fresh atmosphere. Watch your favorite shows on the 55" flat-screen.

Kitchen and Dinning
Channel your inner chef in a well- equipped kitchen, offering plenty of counter space, cookware, and gadgetry all while not missing out on the Bay views and gathering of friends and family in the living room. When your culinary creations are complete, gather around a six-person dining table to share festive vacation meals.

Bed and Bath
This condo sleeps up to 9 guests between the three bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The tranquil master suite has a king bed, 32" TV with it's own private balcony. The spa like master bathroom is appointed with a jetted tub, walk in shower, and a double vanity.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, 32" Roku TV, and access to the shared bathroom with tub/shower combination

Comfort, Beauty, and Convenience

This was the perfect spot for our extended family (ages 6-75 years old) to gather, relax, and have fun. The condo itself was super comfortable for all of us. The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. And the midtown location was very convenient, not too busy and not too quiet. We could easily get to places by foot including restaurants, bay activities (kayaking, jet skis) and quick walk to the ocean side to play in the waves. Thanks for a great stay !

The Beauty and the Fun

We just (2 days ago) came back from an amazing family vacation. The access to parking, and entry to the condo is easy and smooth. The views from the living room and dinning room are absolutely stunning. It took our breath away and our kiddos ranging from age 4-10 said, "Wow this sunset is better than candy!" The condo itself is big, spacious and super clean. It comes with extra blankets, pillows and a fully equipped kitchen (all you need is food!) The house is stocked with appliances, the laundry room has detergent, it's convenient and very inuitive. The owners checked in as we arrived and were kind and respectful. Don't get me started on the rooftop pool! We had a blast, we highly recommend this experience and to save the best for last, the condo is on the bay side and of course if you take the elevator down to the garage you can walk about 10 steps to your private area little beach!
