Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime an absolute breeze, this Kitchen features a Breakfast Bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner with jaw-dropping views of the Ocean and Bay. Huge glass windows framing water and city views surround the spacious and tastefully decorated Living and Dining areas. While no one loves to do laundry on vacation, you’re sure to appreciate the convenient Washer/Dryer found just off the Kitchen!

Quay 2401 comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa. Bedroom 2 will sleep 2 with a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Across the hall is a convenient and beautifully renovated Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo. The Primary Bedroom located at the end of the hall has a plush Queen Bed, stunning Views, its own Flat Screen TV, and an Attached Full Bath with Walk-in Shower .

The Quay requires a $75 Amenity Fee payable upon registration with the Building. Each condo comes with 1 Parking Spot unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
