This beautifully outfitted condo boasts a prime Ocean City location - right on the historic boardwalk and within steps of the ocean beach!
This condo sits on the side of an oceanfront building, with a large balcony with partial ocean and bay views. Inside, you'll find an excellent space for a big family, offering three full bathrooms to accompany the three bedrooms, an LCD HDTV in each room, Blu-ray players in three rooms, luxury memory foam mattresses, and mattress pads. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as Keurig and traditional coffee makers. Free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning are also provided.
On the property's grounds, you'll enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool on the boardwalk side of the fifth floor and a fitness center.
Things to Know This secure building is accessed via a key fob, and each reservation only receives two. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Our stay was a great experience from the easy online booking, quick/convenient check in & effortless check out/drop off of keys/remotes. The condo was well cleaned and prepped for our arrival. The amenities were as advertised and the location is ideal for accessing the boardwalk/beach. The fireplace added both the warmth and ambiance over the Christmas Holiday for our family. Great property and would highly recommend this condo for your next trip.
Upon initial inspection the place appeared clean. Once there I realized it wasn't that clean, hair in shower drain, dirty dishes put away. The biggest issue was the key fobs, you can not get in or out of the building without them. They are used for all doors and elevators, they only give 2 fobs. We had 7 adults so it was extremely inconvenient to have to plan all coming n going so we could get in and out. If you leave via stairs you still had to wait around n find something to do until one of your party was coming back to re enter the building. They should definitely give enough fobs for more adult guest. The place it's self was actually beautiful. The pools, gym, etc were also great. But they did not supply any cleaning supplies, I've never been to a condo where you couldn't find a general cleaner or some dish soap to clean up after cooking. They supplied a bag with some mini bath products and dishwasher pods and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms which were completely out upon arrival. No one wants to go have to shop for cleaning supplies on a vacation. Thankfully I brought laundry soap to do laundry before leaving and I used a little of that to clean up counters n such. All in all the place and location are great but just those inconveniences made things difficult. More fobs and cleaning supplies would be great.
Great location. The condo was very nice. The management company isn't doing the owners any favors though. We contacted Vacasa after our arrival. The condo was dirty. The counters were greasy, the floor was gross (if you walked on the floor with your bear feet they would be black on the bottom), and they clearly missed cleaning one of the bathrooms. Vacasa said they would send someone by to finish cleaning but they never showed up. Make sure you bring extra towels. We were given one bath towel per guest. We asked for extra towels and were told we would need to was a load of towels daily because they weren't going to give any extras. Bring hand soap for the bathrooms. We had soap in one out of the three bathrooms. Had to go buy soap for the remaining bathrooms.
The check in process is a joke. First the office is three miles down the road. You can't check in before 4:00 and they close at 5:00. So you have a one hour window to get checked in. Then on check out day you are expected to drive all the way back to Vacassa office and drop everything off to them. That isn't explained in the listing.
Bring toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. You are given one extra roll and expected to purchase anything you run out of.
Overall we felt that for what they are charging the focus is on maximizing profit and not the guest.
Arrived at the condo to find that the check in office was a 10 minute drive away from the rental property. There were keys for elevator, car and code for the house. When we walked in we noticed there was a lot of sand on the floor and crumbs on the kitchen counter. We also had to keep the ac at 70 which was pretty warm at night . I would not recommend this condo to a friend although the location was great and very close to the beach and boardwalk. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and barely any on the roll in the bathroom. Also definitely not enough towels for 9 people. Maybe children but not 9 grown adults over the age if 25.
If you rent this condo, the 3rd bedroom with the bunk beds also has a pull out twin trundle bed so that room can sleep 4 kids. We were there 2 nights before we noticed it. Just want others to notice it earlier. Overall, very nice condo.
