Every bedroom has it's own TV, condo has central AC, a stacked washer/dryer. Purchased new living room sleep sofa, chair and bar stools in 2026. New carpeting, new HVAC, new oven & microwave in 2024.

The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
