Very pretty, 2bed/2bath condo which rents in our mini-week with flexible turn day program, this allows a check in and check out any day with a 3 day minimum. Just one back from oceanfront. New Laminate flooring in kitchen, dining /living room. Carpeting in bedrooms only. Living room queen sleep sofa and 2 chairs new. Curtains are new , open in middle by batons room darkeners within the curtains. Dining room has a glass top table with four chairs and three barstools at counter. There are updated appliances in the kitchen. The balcony along living room offers great ocean and bay views. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Maximum occupancy is 6. Parking for one vehicle. Building amenities include a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, tennis court, ping pong tables, and an arcade game room which includes pool tables. Non-smoking. No pets. Read the Fine Print

First, BYOTP. Literally bring your own toilet paper. There’s nothing quite like traveling for 12 hours and arriving to no tp
 Also, bring an extra $50 for parking. Not the most updated or clean condo, but it was fine for a place to lay your head. I would look for different accommodations next time.

Beware for Vacation 2020

Hi, So upon arrival to the Quay. I was able to check in the front desk easily. When my family and I arrived in to our place at the Quay. We where highly disappointed with how poor and dirty the place looked. The main dining area and kitchen was dirty. No fresh clean smell! The main tv in the living area does not work. Very upsetting for no entertainment. No toilet paper in the bathrooms No sheets on all of the beds. Comforters and pillow cases Where dirty and not washed. The pull-out coach in the living area. Is a nightmare to sleep on. No structure for the mattress. It was lopsided and uncomfortable for my younger brother to sleep on. They provided us with a couch that was already broken!!!!

Great location but needs updates

Property could use general maintenance/updating. Border wall paper is peeling in most rooms, lots of scratches on walls in dining area. Half of staff (security area) were not wearing masks during covid-19. Cleaning staff very friendly though.

Good place to stay

Place was clean, very close to the beach with a pool and building is secure. Living space was large and kitchen fully stocked. Living room furniture could use a refresh and kitchen could use some updating but overall a good value for money.

kitchen could have been cleaner. Stove oven & drip pans were dirty.. Closets were messy.. Also utensil drawers were not very clean. Some wallpaper seams could use some glue. Employees friendly & the view was great...

Nice, clean condo with great view of the ocean!

We were two couples that shared this unit. Pleanty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unit very clean. Great view of ocean, right on beach. Building nice but indoor pool not so great. Was cold and small. Beds were hard for our taste but that is personal preference. DVD player not hooked up so didn't work. We stayed 6 days had some bad weather but still had a great time!
