Beautiful 5BR/4.5 bath house with pool/hot tub. Ocean/Waterway views sleeps 16

This beautiful third row home has some of the best views on the island. Even though it is third row, there is only one house between you and the ocean. The reverse floor plan allows for stunning views of the ocean and intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a wide beach that was re-nourished in 2017 and is located near the East end of the island.

Enjoy beautiful ocean views as you sit in the living room on the top floor while watching TV on a new 55 inch HDTV. The open floor plan includes the kitchen and dining area that accommodates 10 people at the dining room table with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped for the family that chooses to cook. The master bedroom is located just off the living room. With access to the front deck, you can enjoy waterway views or watch the deer that visit daily. After a long day at the beach or golfing, you can relax in the hot tub or take a swim in your private pool.

The bottom floor has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with tv and cable. Three bedrooms have two full beds in each room. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom in this house has a water view.

Huge Whirlpool Duet front loading washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor.

Private pool with fenced in back yard for those times when you don't want to go to the beach. Equipped with lounge chairs and tables and a gas grill for family cookouts.

We so enjoyed this house. The description and pictures are perfect. The area is very nice and quiet. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the ocean, pool, and hot tub. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all needed items. The view from the top floor deck is amazing.

Our family beach vacation was perfect! Our accommodation was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us - from grandparents to grandchildren! Nearby beach access, a swimming pool & hot tub, our VRBO beach home had everything we needed - and beds were oh so comfortable! Your beach home is beautiful. One of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We had a couple very minor issues that were addressed immediately. The beds were comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect Beach Getaway – Incredible View & Immaculate Home!

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.The home itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. You could tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It was also extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to towels and beach wagons. The hot tub was a hit with all ages!But the absolute highlight was the view. Whether you’re sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoying the view in the evening, it’s gorgeous. The best second row view we’ve had in our 15 years of staying in OIBWe would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great time was had by all!

House has a great setup! We spent a lot of time on the balcony, in the pool and the beach access was a short walk away! Loved being close enough to see and hear the ocean waves in the early morning and evenings! We had a minor issue first day but the owners responded immediately -very kind couple! We are a stay in and cook family and we found everything we needed in the kitchen, fully stocked! The only complaint anyone had was there seemed to be an ant problem but it wasn’t just this house, the neighbors also said they had ants. So we had to keep food in fridge or wrapped up tight! Overall, would recommend this house for the view, pool, the space and the covered balcony on the ocean side!

Great place!

Our family stayed here for the first time in Ocean Isle. The owners were super friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful home with everything you need. The dining room table is perfect for family meals and game night. The view of the beach was perfect for my Mom to sit on porch and watch the family without the front beach price!! Will definitely be back!!

Home was clean. Easy arrival. Owner was easy to speak with. We had no issues. As other reviews mentioned there are a lot of steps (34) but what do you expect at the beach?. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. Tub was also clean which was appreciated. It would be nice to have more shade around the pool such as a pergola or umbrella. But I’m being nit-picky. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Annual family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and that is important for our group, because we typically cook and eat most meals at the places we rent. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub are pristine. The owners are responsive and extremely helpful. 10/10.

Good location and family friendly

Spacious and clean home with all amenities needed for a large family of all ages. Communication with the owners was great. Short walk to the beach - owner provided 2 wagons for transporting beach gear. Pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor furniture around the pool and on the upper deck. Kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks and well stocked as far as utensils and cookware. Large dining table and bar area to accommodate everyone. We all enjoyed the week very much!

Wonderful property for our group of two families- 4 adults 6 children ages 5-14. Comfortable bedrooms, a very spacious kitchen, two huge decks facing the ocean 
 hot tub and pool were used every day, walk to beach was a quick one and at this end of OIB not terribly crowded. Only complaint was we didn’t book a longer stay!

Awesome Beach House

Perfect Family Stay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here and it was super convenient to the beach. Just a simple walk around the corner. The pool was nice and everything was clean. I will also complement that the kitchen was very well-stocked for all of our cooking needs. We would gladly stay here again. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Some issues that need attention: Fridge did not get very cold (freezer was OK), dusty fake plants in house, rusty and some dirty AC/Heat registers in house, hardly any shade around the pool area, pool got dark "bathtub ring" the day after it was cleaned...may need to check the filtration system.

The house is amazing! Lots of room for everyone. It has the best equipped kitchen I've ever found at a rental. The view is amazing, the pool is extremely clean. It was a great house for my extended family. We had a wonderful, memory filed week. Thanks Tina and Michael!
