With an oceanfront private pool and beach access, Callao is a stunning property with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to 18 people. This family-friendly retreat is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. We provide all linens and bath towels so you can pack light and focus on enjoying your trip.

Family dinners will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes 2 full-sized refrigerators. Feeling more like BBQ? Don't worry; we've got you covered there as well! Out by the pool, you have a propane grill with plenty of space to cook up your family's favorites!

Our prime location offers easy access to shopping and the pristine beach, allowing you to explore and enjoy the area with ease. For your days on the sand, we've included all the beach essentials you'll need, such as chairs, umbrellas, and toys, making your beach outings effortless and fun. Smart TVs are available in the unit. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.) during their stay. Please remember to log out before checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.


CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any administrative fee, credit card processing fee, cancellation fee, and any associated taxes on said fees that may have been incurred. Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
