Ocean Shores is all about the beach, and the Sea Forever condo located within Maris Stella is right in the heart of Ocean Shores.

If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, then this place won't be for you. However, if you're looking for a charming, quaint condo that's surrounded by endless fun then this might be for you! The Sea Forever Condo is cozy, clean and charming, awaiting anyone who's interested in the those three C's!

The condos are a small building, located on the east side of Ocean Shores Boulevard.

ABOUT SEA FOREVER CONDO

We love this comfortable condo because it allows for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the real world! Although it's nothing 5 star fancy, it's cozy enough to enjoy the simplicity that the coast has to offer.

Bring two people! There is one queen sized bed in this unit!

The condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, pots and pans, table ware, linens and towels, of course To enter the condo there are several steps to a landing, and two stairways up to the unit. There is no elevator..

The views from Maris Stella are beautiful, but you do have to climb those stairs to get there! We guarantee it'll be worth the climb.

When booking with any of our properties in Ocean Shores, you will have endless options for seaside activities. When bringing your friends or family along, we're sure that each and every one of you will find an adventure worth diving into.

Visiting during the warm weather? Get ready for the best season! Rent a moped or bike and take a ride into town where you'll find the main drag. Here you'll find locally hand crafted meals served in the town's restaurants as well as boutiques filled with souvenirs to take home!

The warmer days also mean horseback riding along the beach or whale watching tours, all within a short distance of all of our units.

Want to head to the beach during winter too? That's not a problem! The views are just as beautiful and it's still a great getaway from your every day life. The main drag is still just as active with bowling alleys, shops and galleries to keep you busy.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Access instruction including access will be emailed. If not received, call before traveling to property. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. Dogs only allowed if approved in advanced in writing with quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.

Work it out

This was a very clean cute one bedroom condo. Everything you need. Our difficulty was not knowing it was the top unit....45 stairs later two older ladies, one with COPD made it to the top.

We had the top floor penthouse and you could see the ocean from across the street! (If physically challenged or height -phobic, would not recommend!) Full size fridge with big freezer, cute kitchen nook, comfortable, clean bed. Even had a friendly gull visit the deck each day full of expectations!

Cute little rental, I would agree with the other reviews. They do need to clean the door track, replace the curtains in both bedroom and living room. Other than that is was clean did not smell and we had a lovely time!

Pictures don't match property

This unit would benefit from updating the mattress and pillows. As well as fixing the duct taped shower head, and the screens in the bedroom window. One was completely missing and one had a burn hole in it.

Basic but comfortable

Basic but comfortable accommodation, with an ocean view. It's up three flights of stairs (thus the view), which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for anyone with mobility issues. It was a good value for the price.

None responsive to safety issue

There were three old smoke detectors in the place, two were open with no battery. I got on a chair and opened the third, no battery. Website said there are smoke detectors and monoxide detector (not one of those either.) The only heater in the main part of the place is an in wall electric with a leaf of the small table against it. We didn't dare turn it on or move the table. Since we were only staying two nights we gambled and stayed and contacted the management company thereafter. They were non responsive about this so I contacted the local fire department to let them know. Sad thing is the fire department never got back to me either. The one side sliding glass door that faces the ocean has totally failed and you can't see through it. So you have to look out the other side which you can see moisture in it too. I didn't expect too much from the price point, but after the management fees it ended up costing more than a local hotel. Should of gone that way instead.

Great little apartment

I was warned that the place was spartan but I found it just fine. You can see the ocean nicely from the balcony. The housekeeping had much to be desired. 1) most of the dishes were dirty, in the cabinet. I rewashed everything. 2) according to the check in manual, housekeeping is supposed to come by every 4 days. I was there for 2 weeks and never saw them. 3) I contacted the manager that the smoke alarms were hanging on the ceiling open without a battery. They put 2 batteries in a bag on the door. I told them the smoke detectors are about 10' off the ground. THey asked if I wanted them to bring a ladder so I could fix them. Not a shining moment. The rug in the middle of the living area had tons of sand in it/under it. After a few sheds of sand around the edges, I flipped it back and swept under it. I don't think it had been done in a while. Otherwise, loved the place.

This condo is exactly as advertised, clean, quiet and close to all you need at Ocean Shores. If you're looking for a place to hang out indoors all day, this isn't the place for you. But if you need a place to rest up before / after full days of beach combing, golf or kite flying, this fits the bill.

We were pleased with location of this condo and the view across to ocean! As others have noted, it is very dated (including very worn carpet throughout), tiny kitchen (microwave and coffee maker kept in closet until needed with limited space to use).

Cute place just very run down.

If the place looked like the pictures everything would’ve been fine. The furniture is dilapidated, there are big stains on all of the carpets. The TV takes five minutes to warm up just so you can see a picture. The area is amazing. Short walk to the beach. With minimal investment it could be a great property again.

Exactly as described, great deal!

The condo is a basic, comfy space to spend what little down time one has when vacationing to the beach. View was great, especially for morning coffee and to watch the sunset. The three flights of stairs should be kept in mind though, as small kids, older adults, and anyone with a physical handicap will find them difficult. We found the effort worth it, though we would pack lighter next time! Comfortably fits two adults, maybe with a small child or two on the pullout couch, but it would be tight for a family. Full sized fridge, tons of pantry space, and enough dishware/silverware for a couple days if you don't wash them after every meal.

Furniture needs updated

The space was perfect for our group. However, the photo of the living room sofa is not accurate. The sofa sleeper that was there was well worn with springs protruding out when it was opened. The kitchen sink didn't have hot water during the day for dish washing. The carpets need cleaning.

Okay but not for the price

Unfortunately, this is not a place you would want to stay if you want a cozy ocean getaway. It doesn't feel or look clean. You can tell that they try but the comforter on the bed is gross, the towels smell bad and there is strange stains behind the bed. If you are going to spend this much money, I think you should stay somewhere else. You all should invest in cleaner looking bed sheets, better couch, and newer supplies, it would make a world of difference in an otherwise cute space.

Ocean Getaway

I was trying to find someplace where I could be close to the ocean so I could do some writing. The condo exceeded my expectations. I could see the surf from the balcony. It was quiet since it was the only unit on the 4th floor. It was a cozy place to come back to after wandering the beach and dry out. I really enjoyed my time there. In fact I extended my stay there by a couple of days because it really worked for me.
