NOTE: Construction setbacks could delay the opening for the summer of 2024. Nearby, Delaware Seashore State Park is only eight miles north. When you aren't hanging out on the sand, bike and walk on the trails of James Farm Ecological Preserve and Fresh Pond State Park, both less than a mile north.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
This community is currently undergoing new development. New homes are being constructed and some noise may be heard during the day. Amenities such as pools and playgrounds may also be affected.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
