Spacious Home Close to the Beach and Bay - 5 bedroom w/Separate In-Law Suite!

Perfectly located steps away from the bay and a short car ride to the beach and James Farm Ecological Park, this charming and exquisitely decorated home has enough room for your entire family or multiple families to come together and enjoy the beach life!

The main house has one bedroom and a full bathroom on the first floor as well as three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. Off of the primary suite is a tranquil sitting area which could be used as an office, nursery or additional bedroom (if you bring blow up mattress). Above the large garage is a separate in-law suite with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, living and dining area, and even a private entrance!

Inside the home you'll find two large family rooms on separate ends of the house with big comfy couches and smart TVs. Perfect for hanging out, playing games, watching movies, or just relaxing after a long day on the bay or at the beach.

The garage was recently renovated and now features a ping-pong table, 52” smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar and a full fridge/freezer.

Outside you'll find a brand new propane grill, outdoor shower, a large patio and two porches - all with plenty of seating!

The owner was beyond responsive and helpful. Gorgeous place. Excellent for boaters as it has a private boat ramp. We utilized it. The home is beautiful and functional. In-law suite was wonderful. Pool access was a great asset and 20 minutes from Rehoboth was awesome!! We did it all!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

This house was a perfect fit for our large family, with plenty of space to hang out as a group, but also the ability to break off and relax in separate spaces. The house was centrally located to lots activities and just a few minutes drive to Bethany Beach. We loved being able to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen, and have a swimming pool in walking distance to cool off in the evenings. Overall wonderful experience.

Loved this property! It was just like the pictures and big enough for our family to feel like they each had their own space. Really appreciated that it includes a beach parking pass which made it really easy to drive down to Bethany and park. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

The house is very spacious and well kept, we had a group of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out and comfortable beds! The hosts were very responsive, the location is about 4 miles from the beach, 1 mile from a grocery store and walking distance to the quiet community pool, tennis courts and boat launch area. We really enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for us.

Fit our family perfectly. Felt like home, decor was beautiful, kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Chris was quick to respond to any questions. Store is very close. Would definitely stay here again Don’t forget to bring beach towels.

First time to Bethany and not our last!

The house was just right for our extended family with 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space to spread out and the sitting room in the main house was the perfect nursery for our 5 month old grand daughter. The older children loved the idea of riding their bikes to the pool. The adults loved the access to the pickleball courts. The beach was a short 5 minute drive so we were able to easily split our days with trips to the pool in the morning and beach in the afternoon. Hope to come back soon.

Great decor

Lots of room for our multigenerational family. We LOVED the two living rooms - great master bedroom with extra separate room for a pack and play. Grandparent suite was used a lot for quiet time. Pool was great and empty most of the time and we checked out all the downtown beaches, boardwalk and shopping all within five minutes of the house. Heckers grocery store had everything we needed with no big lines, liquor store round the corner and some good restaurants and ice cream within a few miles. Bethany Beach is a real jewel. Leave early on checkout day to avoid the rush - we left at 7:30 am Sunday and were back in Allentown, PA at 10:30 with stops.

Nice Family Vacation

Nice home, plenty of room, and the in-law suite was a great place for myself and my wife to have private, yet connected, accommodations. My only recommendation would be more outside garbage cans, as a week with multiple families can create a lot of waste.

Beautiful and spacious house

This property was a beautifully decorated house and had plenty of room for our family of 7. It was a quick ride to the beach and was surrounded by lots of good restaurants. We also liked how close it was to the supermarket! It was a quick walk to the pool and to the boat ramp, which we walked to in the evenings. My family appreciated the 2 sitting areas with TVs, so people could watch different shows if they wanted! My kids enjoyed the set-up in the garage with a TV, ping pong, large Jenga and fridge. The owner was quick to answer our questions both before and during our stay. The neighborhood was beautifully kept and quiet. Wonderful property and house!
