Spring Break

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and we had a great time! The beach is within walking distance (cars are allowed to drive on this beach) so we did check out some other beaches nearby during our stay. The house was spacious for us, plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking and we had fun teaching our kids how to play pool. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. There are cement/pebble stairs between the main and second story, so if you have little ones learning to walk or toddlers it most likely won't be pleasant for them. The kitchen and master bedroom are upstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. Overall, it's a great vacation house near the coast.

First time at Pismo/Oceano Beach

This was the greatest first time experience ever!! I loved the location and area we were stay at. The house was lovely and had mostly everything we needed. Nothing ran out. I would book this house again in the future.

Close to beach, location had very little traffic. House was great, everything needed was there. Only bad thing was beds need to be updated, couple nights are tolerable, but any more than that would be very uncomfortable.

Beach Getaway

This property fit all of our needs including allowing for our older family members to be able to socialize and sleep on the same floor. Having the family room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom on the same floor was most important for us. The playroom in the garage also made things easier for all to be entertained together. The short walk to the beach is also a huge plus!

Better than as advertised!

This house is great. Often the pictures make a property look better than it is but here, the pictures do not do it justice! The home was super clean and super well stocked (kitchen supplies, towels, bathroom supplies, a lot of bikes, etc.). There are so many areas to sleep and the garage is a great area to wind down. The house is footsteps from the beach (usually a motor vehicle state park). 100% recommend this stay and 100% would stay again!

Excellent location and experience

The property was well maintained and clean. The location is also very convenient​ if you're in Pimso to play in the dunes. It's a 10 min. walk to most of the rental locations. The neighborhood is also very quiet and it's a great place for families. The only thing we wish was better, were the pillows. Flat and not very comfortable, but otherwise we had a great experience.

This home was perfect in every way for our family! The bikes were a big hit! Kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Beds were very comfy and so clean! Loved the way it was decorated...a perfect house in every way!

Spacious and clean home great for a family gathering.

This home was in a good location, and had plenty of parking for our vehicles. Overall, the home was clean and spacious, and pretty well stocked. The converted garage, with a bar and pool table was a nice hang out for our adult kids to have fun together in the evenings. Also, a few different outdoor patio spaces to sit and relax. It is a very short walk to the beach, however, if you are wanting to actually spend time on the beach, this is the wrong neighborhood for you. The beach here is dedicated to ATV recreation, and is literally a highway of fast moving vehicles all day and late into the night. So, you really can’t enjoy the beach here or for a couple of miles in either direction. There were a few cosmetic maintenance issues that should be taken care of, for the price of the rental, such as old vertical blinds that are missing slats or don’t function well. Also, bring your own spatula if you plan on flipping eggs or pancakes. But these issues wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. The rental agency was also easy to deal with, and had great communication.
