Located just steps away from the water our home is fully furnished, and will sleep up to 10 guests. This home is fully furnished, and well equipped.

As you enter the gate to our property you will find a private courtyard with a picnic table, and large red patio chairs. You will then enter our home through the sliding door. You are now in the breakfast/kitchen area. Directly off of the kitchen to your right is a private bedroom with a queen bed, and across from the bedroom is a full bathroom. As you leave the kitchen area and go up 5 steps you are now in the living room. The living room has a dining table, reclining sectional sofa and chair. From the living room you will have access to the back patio which has a second picnic table, patio chairs, and direct beach access. Now heading upstairs from the living room is the master bedroom which is a shared bedroom. This bedroom hosts a king bed along with one futon sleeper, a large master bathroom with separate tub and shower, and ample storage.

In addition to the main house, above the garage, and up a flight of stairs you'll find a studio that will graciously accommodate four guests. It is furnished with a queen bed along with a sofa futon that converts to a queen bed. This studio comes complete with another full kitchen and bathroom.

PARKING: Garage parking and driveway parking: Three cars total are allowed at this home. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A LOW BEARING GARAGE, TALL VEHICLES WILL NOT FIT, SMALL CARS ONLY.

We invite you to come, be our guest, rest, relax and enjoy your wonderful coastal vacation.

In addition to having the breathtaking ocean steps away, did you know that this is the only beach in California where cars are still allowed to drive. You can watch the action and never leave your seat but not to worry, vehicles are not allowed to come up by the homes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED:
Household Items Provided: A fully stocked home and kitchen with all the amenities we think are essential to our guests. Fresh linens, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN ABOVE THE WASHER with items to be used when barbecuing. Please Note: Due to new Health & Safety regulations we are no longer able to leave any type of condiments in the kitchen. Additional items included for your use are two folding tables with chairs (located in the bedroom closet off the kitchen) An extra folding table is located in the garage.

Outdoor Items Provided: A Briquette Barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, two large picnic tables, and patio chairs. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BLANKETS FOR OUTDOOR USE, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS FOR THE SAND, BRIQUETTES & FIREWOOD.

Detach studio makes it great

Property is nice and cozy and has a detached studio above the garage, which was great for us because my in-laws stayed with us and they were able to retreat to their own place when they were done visiting with their grandkids. Property has all the essentials you need and be my suggestion to bring some paper towels and spices for cooking if you’re going to do so upstairs plugs were a little loose and phone chargers kept falling out, the water temperature of detached studio is low, but I didn’t wanna mess with hot water heater and change settings. but other than that properties five out of five, and I would definitely stay again also if you’ve ever stayed on strand, you know how tight parking is this property is able to fit three in the driveway and room in the garage definitely a plus in my books

Great for a group stay

We were a group of 7 adults and 3 kids under the age of 5...very spacious house with everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. We loved having the beach right at our doorstep. It's not a "party house" (in a good way), but rather is a comfortable place to hang out and relax with friends and family.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

The house we stayed in was on the beach and we could hang outside day and night! We made lots of family memories! We definitely recommend this house and the property managers. They were very efficient and made the stay easy and enjoyable!

The Best Thanksgiving

Hands down a great place to stay. The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens. The layout of the house gave space to everyone. The kids played outside as the adults sat on the patio and/or watched football inside. Multiple refrigerators allowed all the food to be taken out of coolers. The upstairs studio was great for teenage son who wanted space away from parents. The beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. The hot water was outstanding. Everyone got to shower without running out of hot water.

Amazing

Great Weekend Staying Beachfront

Had a great time staying at Tammy’s property Beachfront with family and friends enjoying the views and ocean breeze, made for an amazing time. Seconds away from the beach and Minutes away from the Dunes made everything easy.

Girls trip

Overall we had a great time/ experience. Only down side was the intermittent WiFi. Kept dropping connections. Tv channels were losing Dish connection , poor quality picture on a couple of channels. In general most of group we’re not interested inTV. However a number in group were frustrated about this lack of consistent tech connection. I would be surprised if this hasn’t been brought before . That and a couple extra blankets in house would be the only improvements I would note.

Be Aware Potientail Scam

My family and I recently stayed at this property and we were surprised to see that this is not as advertised. The property in fact is a 2 bedroom house with a studio apartment above the garage vs a 3 bedroom house with a studio. The photos give the impression of a 4 bedroom residence. As we walked the property we realized how outdated and dirty the house was. Multiple outlets did not work, the windows were rusted and difficult to open,bedroom windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them, cobwebs everywhere and the draperies in the living room were filthy. This property is also advertised as "EVERYTHING INCLUDED AND THE KITCHEN SINK" when in fact the property manger/owner emails you the day before you leave to state you need to provide your own linens for the futons and chairs for outdoor beach area. As we prepared to leave the property we followed all mandatory closing instructions which were above and beyond other properties we have stayed in. we left this property cleaner than we found it with absolutely no damage. Then 10 days later we receive an email stating false accusations of damage in which they are now keeping fifty percent of our security deposit with no detailed receipt explanation of the charges. From the very beginning this property was falsely advertised and misrepresented. We have rented with VRBO before and have never experienced anything like this.

Great location that accommodates a large family

We enjoyed the location of this home being right on the sand. Water is just a short walk away. The home was perfect for our family with the studio above the garage, this helped space everyone out well. My elder parents were able to sit on the deck and didn’t have to walk to watch everyone play on the sand so that was probably the best part. Some cars did drive fast on the beach but we knew that cars do drive back and forth in Oceano. We just had to make sure kids were careful. Weather was beautiful just super windy during the day. We will go back, thanks for sharing your home.

Oceano beach memorial day celebration

We had fun staying in this property. It has clean rooms and were big enough for everybody.It has complete amenities. Well lighted and water has strong pressure. Most of all accesss to the beach was easy and view was perfect. We will do this again for sure.
