Our oceanfront family home is ready and waiting for you.. We have everything you could possibly need, lots of beds, lots of rooms and lots of space! Bring your families and loved ones and make some precious memories in this amazing, oceanfront summer home.

Our family home is warm, welcoming, and spacious so gather the family pick your dates and come play.

Household Items Provided: We have provided the home with the amenities’ we think are essential to our guest. A fully stocked home and kitchen. We provide fresh linens, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM ABOVE THE WASHER with items to be used when barbecuing.

Outdoor Items Provided: A Briquette Barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, a large picnic table, patio chairs and a large folding table with 8 folding chairs. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BEACH TOWELS, EXTRA BLANKETS FOR OUTDOOR USE, TWO SETS OF QUEEN BEDDING FOR FUTON USE. BRIQUETTES, FIREWOOD, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS FOR THE SAND & BOARD GAMES.

PARKING: Garage Parking and Driveway Parking. Four cars total are allowed at this home. No Camper Travel Trailers, No Rv's, No Motor Homes.

Amazing Beachfront Location on Oceano Dunes Beach

Our group of 18 stayed four nights at this vacation rental home. This is our group’s second stay for Thanksgiving weekend. It was great for all of us - adults, teens, and small children. The house has everything needed for your stay. There is a pantry right off of the kitchen that was extremely helpful. The home has two fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry).The furniture and Wifi needs to be updated. The bathroom’s locks need to be fixed (Only the hallway one works). This is our first time that all of the towels and dishes needed to be washed and dried for check-out. Usually, loading all of the dishes into the dishwasher and starting it is fine. However, we usually never need to wash all of the towels. It took us a few hours during the morning of check out. Tammy, the owner, was very nice and even let us check in early. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Amazing Beachfront Location with Awesome Views

Can’t beat this house’s location on Oceano Dunes Beach. The sand right outside of the deck is so soft and feels so great on your feet! We had awesome family time playing games on the beach, flying kites, searching for sand dollars and jumping waves!!! The house is a little dated but charming and has everything needed for your stay. It would be a nice upgrade if the house had wifi extenders throughout and upstairs as the signal is really only available in a small area downstairs by the TV and fire place. Also, the master bathroom could use more towel hooks. Please note that the beach allows cars so if you have little ones, it can be a very scary and nerve racking. It’s a totally bummer the kids can’t really run around without parents having to worry about the steady steam of cars driving on the beach. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time! Our group of 4 families (16 people consisting of 9 adults, 6 children between the ages of 7-17 and an infant). The house was large enough to accommodate our group without feeling cramped and the location was perfect! The sand dunes were closed over the weekend so we had unobstructed views of the beach right from the back patio! There is an oversized pantry right off of the garage/kitchen with a laundry unit that was extremely helpful. Home has two fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry). House was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway. The check in/check out process was quick and easy. The owner, Tammy, was extremely sweet, helpful and responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. My ownly negative feedback would be that the banister railing needs a good scrub down. Upon arrival, we did our own sanitation of touchpoints and countertops (you can never be too clean). It took a few wipes to get the grime and off the rail but other than that, no other complaints. We would definitely book this property again!

Pandemic getaway

We had a great time being so close to the beach. The view was perfect for those who ventured down or those that remained at the house. We were able to use the kitchen and never had to venture out for food and that’s with us at max capacity. We had trouble with the WiFi, but it was eventually resolved. The home needs some TLC, but the location makes up for everything. We would definitely rent again.

Great Stay!

My extended family stayed at this property over the 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. The house is very spacious and plenty of beds. The property was right on the beach and since the beach was closed to vehicles, the beach was not crowded at all. We got to do fireworks on the beach. Tammy, the owner was very nice and even let us check in early. Hopefully we can come again next year.

Family Fun

The property was the perfect location for our family stay on the beach. There was no need to go out because we had everything we needed. The property was very homey feeling and provided a feeling of home. We literally just brought food and clothes and settled in. The kids loved playing in the sand all day and having a washer and dryer was a life saver. The owners were very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we got checked in ok and left us a personal note. This was our son's first time to the beach and we look forward to creating memories at the beach each year.
