B209 Beachside Getaway is an interior condo with no ocean view but is still just a short walk down to the waves.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is stunning with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare any meal which allows you to save money and time while on vacation and makes cooking together a breeze. The dining area seats four around a circular wood table which promotes easy conversation as you plan a new adventure or discuss the events of the day.

LIVING AREAS
The living room houses a comfortable love seat, perfect for sinking in for a movie night after a day at the beach. As well as two oversized chairs, just big enough for you to curl up with a good book. The Queen Murphy bed is also housed in the living room in a chic armoire cabinet. Easily lower the bed when you need and effortlessly put it back up and out of the way when not in use, allowing you to use the space how you like. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is located across the hallway from the bedroom and is well lit and spacious with a beautifully re-done walk-in shower.

SLEEPING
B209 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed and also includes a Cable TV. The living room has a Queen-size Murphy bed.


EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-B209 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to helo create cooling cross breezes.

North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Wonderful property which is really the reason we stayed here! The beds are comfy. The fans are loud even with the attempted fix of Q-Tips by someone previously. There is no ac as stated in the listing so be aware you will need to keep the windows open which allows for extra noise from the hallways. Again, the property is worth every penny & with comfy beds & a good kitchen, we were happy!

It was ok. I didn't like that people could look into the living room. I also like being able to look at the ocean and that wasn't an option. I like the complex, just orher units we have stayed in better.

We had a wonderful time. Although, it was a bit frustrating that we had no water during the three hour window that we had set aside to get ready for the wedding that we came here for. Apparently it is such an old building that if one owner needs to do repairs, they have to shut off the water for the whole building for a 3 hour window. But that window represented the main time we were there and needed water. I know there’s no way you could’ve known about that. It was just extremely inconvenient since our stay was so short and that was our only morning here. We tried talking to the HOA office about our predicament, but they were unsympathetic. We are hoping you will refund a small portion of the fees we have paid, since it feels like we paid a pretty large amount for one full day of being here and not having water for half of that day. This place is perfect if you want a beach vacation. The condo was in great shape, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the needed cooking ware for your meals and they have cable TV. While qe were there, they gladly provided more dishes that was needee and they fired the Microwave light promptly. I thought the service was great. The only issue was that this unit gives you no privacy,you are between buildings and therefore it was also hard to our wetsuits to dry... Otherwise all was fine. My only

Almost perfect

Check in was a bit of a hassle. A few amenities missing were some basic cooking spices, like salt, pepper, garlic powder and enough toilet paper. Overall, I loved the property and our stay was lovely. Location very good! The couple of things I mentioned afterwards to the property manager about the stained mattress cover( which we just removed) and the fireplace not working and no instructions I could find, I’m sure if I had called the property managers, they would have remedied, but it was minor and did not impede our enjoyment of the area.

Great experience!

We enjoyed our one week stay! The place was very homey and clean. I was happy to see how welcoming it was. Very impressed with the updated and modern appliances. Towels and linens were very clean. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be getting woken up to people working downstairs early morning almost everyday. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful unit, with lots of accommodation, down side is location, no breeze to cool the unit

Updated unit that has a lot of accommodations. Above the gym and has many access points. Close to the beach, and a short walk to all the amenities. Only down side is the positioning of the unit, it doesn’t get any of the ocean breeze so can feel a bit stuffy and hot.

condo was nice. there was not an ocean view so we did not get the breeze, but there were plenty of fans to keep it cooler in the room. the pots and pans need to be updated, made it a little difficult to cook in the room.

Block from the beach

Complex was older, but beautiful. While we didn’t have a view from the unit (which we knew when we booked it—not complaining), it was only about half a block from the beach and super convenient. We had some noisy neighbors (not sure if it was really them or just the lack of insulation/creaky floors), but the unit itself was beautifully updated and worked perfectly for our young family of 3.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed staying at this listing and would definitely recommend it. The grounds and landscaping reminded us of Hawaii and many of the restaurants were within walking distance - definitely loved walking on the beach and pier!

I'd stay again

For the price, you couldn't ask for a better location. My son lived in the pool. We actually only went to the beach once, but we walked to the Harbor each morning and evening for food. We were able to walk to the pier and also the downtown street market. Overall, great. I'd stay again.

Fall Break

Our stay at this property worked well for us. My son was on Fall Break and we needed some R&R. The beds were very comfortable. The Murphy bed in the living room was great for my son. Truly enjoy the grounds and we enjoyed a nightly putting competition before dinner on the putting greens. Kitchen had enough to get us by, but the frying pans are old, and eggs stuck to the pans. We had a great stay!😊😊

Chill stay in Oceanside

Love Oceanside & I'm glad I stayed here this time around! Great location, close to the harbor, lots of restaurants nearby, & just a short walk from the room & you're on the beach. Bed was pretty comfortable, kitchen had everything that I needed, the bathroom was nice. Hosts were helpful in sending us all of our rental information ahead of time & giving us lots of resources we needed to make sure our stay was what we wanted it to be. Would recommend these hosts.
